Best Drain Clog in Raleigh NC

Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

The plumber arrived early, quickly diagnosed the problem and used an auger to remove a clog in the toilet system. I appreciate the quick service.

Ricky came and got me all fixed up after the storm last night and the cool air is flowing again! I was able to call this morning and get an appointment super fast for today! Amazing experience as always.

David installed a sink and faucet as quickly and efficiently as possible. He worked around obstacles from improper previous plumbing and brought everything up to current codes. We will return to him and Weathermaster for future needs.

Had Schwartz plumbing install an under counter reverse osmosis system that included an on-demand hot water spout combo spout. The plumber had installed previous RO systems but never this brand. He figured it out, left no mess, the system worked flawlessly. 1 year later the system is still working well. Would highly recommend Schwartz plumbing.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

There's nothing not to like about Drew. He was early (he called first to make sure that was okay), professional, and communicative. He diagnosed the issue (slow draining sink and gurgling toilet) in a methodical and logical manner. Drew was upfront with his pricing and tried the simpler procedures first to keep costs down. He even identified a small leak in my crawlspace and fixed it at no additional charge. Ultimately, he fixed the issue and I learned something about my house during the process. Fantastic service.

We had a polybutylene pipe develop a leak above our kitchen and the water started pouring out of one of our recessed lights. I called CK's Plumbing and they were able to send a plumber out within 3 hours.

Tim and Joey were very professional and quickly located the suspect hot water pipe and repaired it in no time with minimal tearout of the ceiling and wall. I truly appreciate their knowledge, cleanliness, and professional attitude. They not only repaired the leak, but went above and beyond to postulate possible causes and tested some of those theories on the spot. After determining an additional issue with my water system, they offered to rectify it on the spot.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

You guys were basically life savers for us. We had some serious mold issues occurring and couldn't identify the source of the leak. It had been raining for several days so I thought it was a roof leak and water was running along one of the pipes in the wall. The mold damage was extensive enough to destroy two book shelves, three CD towers, half a wall worth of dry wall, and our carpet. Needless to say, I was panicking that three roofers I had tried to contact were all booked out three to four weeks. One call to Roto-rooter, and you had a plumber at my house in two hours, it took about another ten minutes to diagnose it was a cracked sewer line, and about two hours to draft up an estimate and replace the pipe. After two days, I'm happy to report, the bleeding has stopped but we have extensive repair work to do. While my circumstances aren't very good in the short run, you guys were step one in getting our life back to normal. I can't say enough good things about you guys. Keep up the good work. So my tenants called, which my lease states I will not be responsible for outside services, the man came and inspected and said I don't have time to do this now, came back next day and said he could not fix unless he tore up walls and cabinets, so he put $20 shark bite cap on and it still leaked. They wanted $305.92 and didn't repair, turned us, the landlords into collection agency.
