My home warranty contracted us with Fasco for an undiagnosed leak in our kitchen sink area.

They gave me a 1 hour arrival window same day as the issue was reported to the warranty company. They replaced our garbage disposal quickly with coverage from our home warranty company, and the plumber was very professional and helpful. We ended up with a better garbage disposal than the one we had before.

I am now considering hiring them again for some out-of-warranty work on some components that were not covered by our warranty contract. I highly recommend using Fasco.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Given quote via phone for water heater installation. When they came out to my house for inspection, quote was significantly increased. Stated they were not aware of the type and size of my water heater. Don’t understand how a company can be in plumbing business for so long and not be aware of the importance of gathering all pertinent info prior to giving a quote to their customer. Such a waste of my time going back and forth with them when I could have already had water heater installed by a company who was efficient in giving appropriate quotes.

Chris and Ray were super helpful - not only changing our water filter but helping me better understand the process. They also provided expert advice on other plumbing questions and on the general upkeep of the system in our 1960s house.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

I am currently very satisfied with the service performed in my bathroom today by Mr. Scott. He was on time, very thorough and honest with his consultation. These guys are my go to plumbers. I have recently done a bathroom remodel in my new (old) home in Wendell, NC. They were there to remove all the old fixtures and toilet for my GC to come in and do their thing. Once everything was ready the were there in a snap to get the rough in work completed, then there to get the trim out of the new fixtures install. The process with them was very easy from the first phone call to the end result. They have helped out with other small plumbing issues I have had in my home as well. When I call in and speak to Patrick its always hey Patrick this is Patrick, and then he is able to get me scheduled and taken care of. You can tell these guys are about customer service. Eric was a pleasure to work with. He was polite kept me informed along the process of clearing our 60 year old exterior basement stair drain, as best it could be. I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
