Contact this company for work and they seemed extremely uninterested and the person that called was rude! I do not recommend working with someone so unprofessional.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

I have used them twice. Both times excellent service and work.

This was the one plumbing company that would give me an estimate without charging a service fee. Also, they were quick to schedule the work (next day) and to respond to my questions. The plumber, Brian, was personable and knowledgeable and explained what he saw as the issues and the work that he was doing.

A Huge thank you to Mike Tingen and the staff at Cary Plumbing. We had a shower drain issue where water was leaking from our second floor to our first. Cary Plumbing was very responsive and came out with in a couple hours. They were very professional and courteous and got the job done quickly. I appreciate the great customer service. I highly recommend them if you have any plumbing needs!

Answered the phone first time (on the weekend). Provided a transparent estimate with explanations over the phone and held to it when they installed - no upsells, or starting at installation prices.

Came quickly and when promised, did the work properly the first time, and left the area clean.

Price ended up being about the same (or maybe a bit lower) as big box + their installation partners with a much better customer experience.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
