Great experience and super fast. Our sump pump was broken and a lot of water in our crawl space from all the rain this winter. We also had a very clogged shower. Jose and the other plumber were super fast, very respectful of our home (always wiped mud off and wore boot covers before coming inside), wore masks and kept proper social distancing. Also, the prices seemed very reasonable, and they accept credit cards or checks for payment.

I called the main number at 1:45pm, and by 4:30pm everything was fixed, installed and cleaned up. Jose did a great job going over everything that they did, and double checked that we were happy with everything before they left. Will not hesitate to use Jayk's again!

Excellent experience! The main office had gotten me an earlier time for the technician to show up as their schedule was busy and I had a time scheduled that was 3 weeks out. The technician, Gabe Smith, showed up early and had been to my house last year checked the furnace and made sure everything was up to spec. One of the parts had to be replaced, but he was able to get the part from the main office, be back within a hour, installed and tested it, and I got a discount for having an annual service contract.Great customer service, experience and communication. It really does say something about a company when it is the same techs every year and the service is consistent.

Called Waite and they came out the same day which was awesome. The guy came in changed the spouts and was on his way, quick response, top notch service and reasonable prices.
