Sunday morning 10:00, placed a call to their office. Mark called me within five minutes. I had a four inch water line burst seven feet below a parking lot. Mark had it repaired as he promised by 6:00 p.m. On a Sunday, and he was as pleasant and professional as anyone I've met. Great people, great company. They've got it all together.

I chose Legacy Plumbing initially based on online reviews. The first job was small: replacing a kitchen faucet. Joe Hollis was the plumber assigned for that job. I was !@#$%^ impressed with Joe: professionally competent, clean, and literate (presented a well written invoice, reasonably priced). I came back to Legacy for a larger job, replacing all our toilets; I returned because of Joe. Joe Hollis is the !@#$%^ man! I continue to do business with Legacy Plumbing because of Joe Hollis. Lane Plumbing came out to my home to fix a Pressure Reducing Valve. Daniel the technician was great from the start and noticed an additional problem that we had at our cut off. He pointed this out to me before doing any work, explained in clear detail and showed me the evidence to support his findings. They were competitively priced and efficient with their work. I definitely recommend that you call Lane Plumbing and if he's available request Daniel to be your tech.

We had a great experience with Benjamin Plumbing. I spoke with Mr. Benjamin late one afternoon and he found time to come out the next day. He was quick, knowledgeable, and explained the process as he went. At the end he made sure we were comfortable with making adjustments on our own if needed. Price was very competitive compared to other companies I spoke to.

Eric was a pleasure to work with. He was polite kept me informed along the process of clearing our 60 year old exterior basement stair drain, as best it could be. We have had on going issues with this drain and Eric gave me suggestions for the future should we continue to have problems with it. I will continue to use Rooter & Sons for future plumbing needs.

I wish i could give 0 stars. Anthony came to our house thru old republic home warranty co. Home owner beware, DO NOT call him! What a scam! He came on 2/10 to fix a few leaks under the house. Came in initially saying he didn't see any leaks. Really!!
I told him that the my husband, the inspector and our contractor both had seen several.
Finally said he saw one. Explained that the shower valve was also not operating correctly and leaking. He replaced the shower valve having to go out and come back with one. Leaving one of the screws hanging out!
I'm also asked him to fix the leak in one of the master sink faucets. This was not covered by the warranty co. He claimed to have fixed the leak charging me an additional $125. In addition to the $75 show up charge. The inspector came back to check the repairs, the faucet handle came completely off not secured properly. And only one leaking coupling was repaired.

He came back today to fix the faucet, well an hour later calls and said it cant be fixed and he would see if he could find a replacement handle. The handle as not broken prior to him fixing leak. HE broke the handle and want to charge me for another visit and parts!? I could have purchased a brand new faucet for $59 at lowes! Find yourself a qualified LOCAL plumber, not this guy from New York!

David and Terrence at Mandolin have gotten me out of alot of tough scrapes. Always professional and willing to work me in their schedule if there are slots available when emergencies arise. They are my go-to contractors for everything HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical. I do not use anyone else.
