Alan is absolutely the best handyman available. First, he’s very professional given how responsive he is to return calls about requested work. His professionalism also shows through his dress/appearance (Alan’s the “best dressed” handyman I’ve ever hired) as well as his communication with you about the progress of his work; he does a great job explaining what needs to be done and how he’ll complete the job. Second, he’s a great problem-solver. Just call him the “MacGyver” of handyman services. Several times I’ve witness Alan resolve an issue with a job (most recently, a tile-flooring job) with creativity and ingenuity; he simply won’t quit until he fixes the issue. I believe that this never-quit attitude comes from how Alan told me when I first hired him that he’d complete my work as though it was his own home; and Alan, a.k.a. “MacGyver”, does just that! Finally, Alan is trustworthy. I am a very private individual. But, I’d have no problem leaving Alan alone in my home with my wallet laying out on the kitchen counter. The man is honest and dependable—the kind of person you can have a beer/glass of wine/or a coke with and just talk about life in a friendly way; Alan definitely won’t take advantage of his customers. It’s for all these reasons that I won’t call any other handyman service; if Alan happens to be busy for a few days, I’m willing to wait on him to do my needed work. He’s that great! So, hire Alan yourself and then get prepare to experience his excellent handyman service.

We are very pleased with the work of Plumbing Giant and the plumber they sent to our home. He was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable in his approach. After inspecting our drain clearing issue, he was able to provide a solution quickly using only the equipment and spare part we needed.

We had a full day of work done at our house in Cary. The guys were on time, very polite and hard workers. We did engage a few times about my preferences of parts of the workload when there were options for the service.

Chris was awesome. He took care of everything we needed and was super nice too. It was so great to have a professional come out to the house and speak confidently about the job. I'll be using Legacy for any future plumbing needs.

We are very pleased with the quality of work from Lane. Daniel ran into some issues, but stayed the course, trouble shooted and finished the installation of a new hot water heater. He was on time (actually was waiting on me) and very professional. Cannot recommend them enough!

We have used Benjamin plumbing several times for various projects around our house and could not be more pleased with his work. He does quality work at a fair price and takes the time to explain my options. He leaves the work space neater than when he found it. Reason for review, we hired this company to lay few pieces of tile. LET ME BE CLEAR, THE TILE GUY IS AWESOME, my complaint is with CINDY. Cindy screens her calls,.. that’s all I’m gonna say. After calling from a different number, Cindy picks up, and say “I don’t know where the disconnect came from”. REST ASSURE I WILL NOT RECCOMEND AT ALL

Marcus was very thorough in diagnosing the problem and determining a solution, his approach was to look for a repair that could be done rather than immediately trying to sell us a new water heater. Much appreciated!

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
