We were having issues with our heating not keeping up in the middle of the night with the desired temperature and we received an alert from the thermostat that there might be something wrong with the furnace. He was very professional and we also had some wonderful conversations about life! He did a great job and it didn’t feel like some stranger was in our house. By the time he left he felt like a friend :-) We are also an air comfort program member, so the entire visit was free. We highly recommend Quenton and Air Experts.

David has helped diagnose and quickly resolve issues for us twice now! As new home owners, we've found it is hard to find contractors who are responsive, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. David is all of those things.

Most recently, we had sewage backing up from our downstairs shower drain - not something you want to ever experience, especially when you're nine months pregnant! David came out the next day - earlier than he originally promised - and resolved the issue within a few hours at a very reasonable rate. A true lifesaver!! Would highly recommend.

I was having some issues with my Rinnai water heater, and noticed that on the Poole's Plumbing trucks in front of me in traffic, it said they worked on Rinnai water heaters in particular, so I gave them a call.
The two young men they sent were courteous, polite and knew their trade. They cleaned up my old Rinnai and asked me to let them know if the issue persisted, though they seemed confident it wouldn't.
So far, so good.
I'll be calling these guys back for anything else I run into plumbing-wise.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

I would give them a zero star rating but google doesn’t offer that. I have a newer home that was plumbed by this company and have had definitely some major issues. When we moved into our new home the hot and cold water lines were installed backwards on the master bath sink, and one of my upstairs bathrooms had the wrong size toilet so the toilet tank lid was nowhere close to fitting properly and it made the bathroom smell, no big deal they came and fixed those problems. Months later my wife noticed the carpet was wet in the bonus room adjacent to the bathroom they swapped toilets out. After some investigation it was discovered that the pex connection inside the wall was leaking for God knows how long. Last week Water starts pouring from the ceiling in our living room below our other upstairs bathroom, called our builder, we are out of warranty call Evans plumbing, I did and they told me too bad we aren’t coming out to do anything. So I paid a different company to come out and they discovered it was leaking from a hairline crack in a copper stub out , in the wall. Great job Evans plumbing! Never use this company!

Now this is the meaning of customer service! My hot water heater went out on the day I was leaving for vacation. I had a home warranty and the quote was received on my last day of vacation while I was still out of town. The warranty quote was outrageous! I got onto HomeAdviser and I found Coats Plumbing. They immediately out to my house and quoted me on a tankless heater and the replacement of my current. Coats Plumbing ended up replacing my heater and getting to my house the next day which was my first day back in town. They also beat the warranty quote by over $400. Everyone was so nice, respectful, and helpful (even giving recommendations). I will definitely use Coats Plumbing again.

Ken came to our house in the late evening for an emergency (engagement ring in the pipes) and was incredible. He was beyond helpful, skilled and gracious. He found the ring and tirelessly worked for two hours until he did. Seriously cannot recommend him enough!!! Support local business and call Ken!

I've used Carolina Plumbing and Repair for years, but I wanted to finally write a review to put it on record. We recently discovered a leak in our ceiling below our master bathroom and the technicians came out to take a look. They were able to look at the situation and come up with solutions that did not involve cutting a bunch of different holes in our ceiling. The solutions were spot on, as we have not had any other leaks. We were told that if we do get the leak again, they would come right back out. They were professional, polite and explained everything in detail about what they were doing and gave us a couple of options to pick from. Every experience I have ever had over the past few years have been a positive one and it is why I keep going back. I highly recommend them.
