I recently called Jayk's Plumbing to fix my high water pressure due to a bad PRV valve. I had just received an estimate from another company and felt their price was too high and didn't enjoy the high pressure sales pitch. I just had a great experience with this company. My water heater broke/leaked yesterday and I spent yesterday afternoon calling lots of different plumbers to get quotes. The response I got from all of them was that it would be several days before they could even send someone for an estimate. When I called TCR, they immediately gave me an estimate and said they'd send someone first thing in the morning. The guy assigned to my work order showed up on time, was extremely friendly and helpful (even with unexpected things), and got the work done quickly. And now I have hot water again instead of waiting days just for an estimate. I will definitely call them again if I have plumbing issues.

I've been a customer of Airmakers for at least 15 years and have been pleased with their service and their service technicians. They have kept my unit working much longer than the warranty period and are always polite, cordial and friendly, taking care not to leave a trail of dirt in the house, no matter what the weather is outside.

Brandon came in response to my call for a master bathroom toilet fixture which wasn't working properly and needed new flush valve, flap, etc. Further, a second bathroom was in need of repairs from a previous leak which had caused damage to the ceiling and was repaired with an insurance claim.Brandon listened to my priorities, analysed the repairs needed, outlined his suggestions and costs in a calm and methodical manner. His explanations were precise and sensible.After his repairs for the crucial commode, we agreed to have a second visit for the remainder of work needed. He outlined in writing the suggestions for this along with costs. This after a total inspection and analysis of my entire plumbing problems (or potential needs).I was totally satisfied with his work. As always, I hated spending money. But like a great meal at a restaurant, it was much easier to swallow knowing the work was done properly and professionally.I trust Brandon and his company, and would highly recommend them. My daughter recommended them initially since her experience had been good.I follow suit. Prompt, courteous, professional, and honest!My hats off to this company and Brandon!

Best plumbing service around!!! I had a pipe leaking in my yard, and the leak was so large I had to keep the water off to save thousands on my bill and keep my yard from turning into a lake. Having to keep your water off during a NC summer is not fun to say the least. And as I'm sure everyone can attest to it was extremely stressful trying to get it fixed at a reasonable price. My neighbor uses Welch Plumbing and spoke very highly of Shawn. Well the day after being contacted Shawn has completely fixed it and I have water again!! A tree root had compromised the pipe, the root is now gone the pipe has been replaced, it was done so quickly and seamlessly! If you want clean, quality work, with amazing affordability, a quick response time and top notch professionalism you need to call Welch Plumbing. We procured Daniel Brothers to complete our kitchen remodel. It took a little longer than we wanted it to, this was partially our own fault for picking kitchen hood that was hard to obtain, but Jacob and Slade did whatever was necessary to make the project right. I would definitely use them again for a future remodel due to their quality of work.
