My family has worked with Rakeem and Rest Assured Plumbing several times now. At our previous home, we had a pretty significant basement remodel involving a full bathroom installation with a tight deadline. We got into an unfortunate situation where our original plumber dropped out of the project last minute, leaving us scrambling. We had several plumbers visit and provide us quotes, but none seemed eager to take on the job. Thankfully we found Rakeem, who eagerly took on the project despite its tight deadline and extensive work. He provided a timely quote, worked into the weekend, and followed through the inspection process.

At our new home, we discovered some pipe leaks in the crawl space. Thankfully I knew a guy - and called up Rakeem. He came out, crawled underneath our house, diagnosed the issue quickly, and said he'd be back Friday to fix. As always he got the job done.

Rakeem is kind, pleasant to work with, eager to help, and does great work. I can't recommend Rakeem enough. If any future plumbing needs come up, I know who I am calling.

Pipe burst on Thanksgiving Eve. They came out and fixed the pipe. Tried 4 other companies and it was going to be Friday. I will definitely be sending my plumbing needs their way.

They called the very hour they were supposed to be here and said they didn't have anyone available to handle my job. I had booked weeks ahead because we only visit this home once every month or two, so I need my contractors to commit to their appointments. Every visit here, therefore every appointment for any kind of service, requires a 14 hour round trip, so cancelling creates a huge problem for me and costs at least $100!

I was surprised at the cost to cut through my sheetrock to determine where a leak was. The real fix would cost much, much more. I couldn't afford to pay almost $1,000 to fix a burst pipe in my wall and then have to turn around and pay spmeone else for sheetrock repair and painting.

The worst service ever. Unprofessional and they don’t pick up the calls when needed.

American home shield tried to call them several times to get a report from them and they never picked the calls American home shield or from me.

Initial service scheduled on 21st of October, technician came to our house gave the option of a garbage disposal as per what the warranty company has approved for. I didn’t want to go with it as it and requested them to send a report to the warranty company that I want a cash out option.

I have tried to call the warranty company and the company needs information from the technician and there is no answer from technician for many days.

The worst service ever!! In return they tried to reply to my review justifying what they have done is ok!! Stay away from them and I would not recommend them

Matthew’s Plumbing recently did a laundry list of work at our home and we are very pleased with the outcome. Felix particularly was really great - professional, on time, friendly, and did a good job explaining each item we were having done. We’d highly recommend Felix and Matthew’s and will use them in the future.

Called Legacy yesterday at 4:42pm and they came out this morning at 9:30am. Willie was great, professional, fast, friendly and had a great smile! Just over $100 to fix our issue at the office. Will definitely use them again!

My water heater burned up due to a power surge during Hurricane Flo. Talked to Jimmy the next morning, very nice man. He gave me a rough estimate and scheduled a crew to come replace my water heater. Mike & Jerry called when on their way, showed up at the scheduled time and did a fantastic job. They were quick, did pretty work and were pretty spot on to Jimmy's estimate.

I prefer doing business with local companies over national ones and Lane Plumbing is a reason i prefer doing this. They treat you like people that need help, not just a revenue stream. I highly recommend these guys!

Honest people and great work.

Had a great experience working with Sampson at Benjamin plumbing. Responded to my voicemail the same day I contacted him, came out quickly and diagnosed and fixed a leak right away. Rates were reasonable and Sampson a pleasure to work with. They were even able to squeeze in a spigot replacement for my dad nearby the same day. Will definitely work with Sampson again. 100% recommend.
