After having a nightmare of a time with other corporate and local plumbers, Mike came out right away to look at my project. The technician was kind, professional, and courteous and completed the job in a timely manner. It was explained that the issues was mostly caused by the builder who nicked a pipe in the fist floor ceiling of my 2 story home. It looked as though they had tried to fill it with something but over time that wore away and caused the leak. This is what was told to me by the technician. The issue I have with their service is they were not willing to include this on the invoice so that the repairs would be covered by my insurance company. They gave me the most likely cause, suggested I file the claim, and even told me to save the pipe as proof of the issue but when it came down to standing by what they told me, they back peddled. I was only looking for them to include that was the most likely cause of the issue. I mean what else could it have been, there is a tiny hole in the pipe that look like it was filled with something and it is not easily accessed (hence the hole in my ceiling). You may want to consider this when choosing them for your next emergency.
