Best System Installation in Raleigh NC

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Our water heater wasn't working so we booked an online appointment with Michael & Son same-day. We recieved a text confirmation and our representative, Angel, called us as well. He was professional with his punctuality and knowledge of the product and services. He was easy to talk to and happily answered all my questions. We ended up needing a new heater and felt the price was fair. We would certainly recommend them based on our experience!

Axis replaced my 20 years old water tank yesterday and I had chance to meet with the owner Joe and his crew Cam and another crew member later join them to move the 75gal heavy tank from the attic. They professionally cover the stairways with plastics and use blankets to soak any potential drips from the tank. The whole process was fast and professionally carried out. I am most impressed by Cam. He was very polite and courteous during the whole process from setting up to finishing and cleaning up. I also patiently explain how to safely use the water tank under both normal and emergency situation. I strongly recommend Axis Plumbing and will get their help for all future projects.

These people were on time they technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and they charged a reasonable rate even though it was a Saturday repair got our water heater back up and running in no time after I had tried my self for a half of a day

I called Air Experts to have them perform a semi-annual inspection/preventative maintenance of my 2 HVAC units. My upstairs unit is 21 years old and still limping along. The technician they sent out was very professional and very knowledgable. He identified some issues with the unit and he showed me the pictures that were taken with his iPad. I know that a picture is worth a thousand words, but I wanted to see for myself. Without hesitation he went back into the attic with me and took the appropriate panels off to show me exactly what issues that he found. The only very minor complaint is that I had to schedule the appointment a month out. No biggie!

We got an error message on our tankless water heater. After discussing the possible reasons for the message, Poole's was able to send some one out the day after I called . Corrie and John did an excellet job flushing and doing routine maintenance on the system. That was all that was needed. The system is 8 years old but never had the thorough inspection and cleaning that Poole's gave it. They did a wonderful job.

We had a small leak under the house that needed to be addressed. Sean and Anthony of CK's Plumbing and Backflow were able to schedule an appointment quickly, showed up on time, assessed the issue and provided a fair quote for the repair work.

We scheduled the work and Sean and Anthony again arrived on time. Work was precise, clean and with great attention to detail. The estimate was the final price; no surprises. They kept us informed through the process, but were not invasive.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.
