Best Sump Pump Repair in Raleigh NC

I had an appointment scheduled for 2:00pm to install a new dishwasher. The plumber showed up over 1 hour early without any call. He looked at the pipes for the dishwasher and told me he hates to install dishwashers. He didn’t want to do it. He offered me the name of a handyman located several towns away. He said he was going to have to tell the assistant to stop giving him dishwasher install jobs. I asked if they had another plumber on staff to do it. He said “I’m the only one”. He asked what other plumbing I needed. Of course I said no. I will be calling another provider. I do not recommend this company.

I called CK's Plumbing & Backflow because my water heater was leaking. Not only were they able to come out the same day, but Sean also called me to let me know when he was on his way. He was friendly, informative & finished the job quickly. I received great customer service from the moment my call was answered until the job was finished. Because of that & Sean's job well done I will absolutely be using them for all of my plumbing needs

Customer service was amazing. Same day service was a welcome as I had called many companies this day and all were booked. Dalton was great in explaining what needed replacing which was my garbage disposal that was leaking he had a new one with him which made things convenient and the repair completed on the same day. Great job with the installation

Aaron S. is very competent and professional. He took care of a problem (noise issue) and installed a UV light, addressing all our questions/concerns clearly while maintaining social distancing.

Not sure what theses guys are doing, but when you install a new unit and need to have it serviced more than 3 times in the year, that seems to be an issue...

Now 12 months in and 4 service calls later they want to charge me over $100 to even look at it!!!!

And to add insult to injury they want me to pay for labor on any covered warranty items...

I absolutely do not recommend Newcomb and Company, they obviously do not know what they are doing

They were just at my house last night and when my husband and I thought we had a major issue, they discovered the problem immediately and it was not a big issue. We were so thankful.
