This was a maintenance call for cleaning my Tankless Water Heater and the service people were excellent. They went above and beyond in explaining my system to me and even assisted me in setting up the timer so my system isn't running all day and all night.

We needed to have a dryer vent moved. Dillon and Michael were dispatched. These two young men were super. They were efficient, neat, courteous, and completed this difficult job quickly. They made sure all debris was picked up and that I was completely satisfied with the work they had done.

During the backflow test for our yearly safety inspections. We had a valve break in the off position. It was very late in the day on a hot July Friday afternoon, and our building was completely without water. 919-Plumber literally came to our rescue. Our water was back operational in no time. My experience with Raleigh Heating & Air has been very positive. Dan responded quickly to my inquiry on Memorial Day and Nate arrived that day to get my unit cooling again. It needed additional work due to a faulty coil and they were prompt to schedule and return to do the work 2 days later. Nate arrived within the time promised and called me prior to arriving. What I appreciate most is that both Dan and Nate were very polite, responsive, transparent about the situation that was diagnosed, and clearly explained my options and the costs involved. They looked for ways to save me money. I've worked with other A/C companies in town and Raleigh Heating & Air far exceeds their level of service and skill.

We recently had an issue with an object falling into the toilet as it was flushing, and we knew immediately that this was not a plunge situation – we needed expert assistance. Carolina Plumbing and Backflow came same day, was incredibly responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. We hope to not be in the same situation again but if we are, we will be calling them first! Highly recommend their services!
