Very timely response. John Gehringer did a great job of unclogging the bathtub drain as well as checking sinks and toilets to verify whether a single or multiple source issue. He was very polite and explained the equipment he used. This was my first time using Rooter & Sons and was able to schedule quickly. I will be calling on them for any future plumbing needs and readily recommend them.

I appreciate the honesty of the work! They told me what they were doing, how long it would take and the cost. I also thought I had a leak after the work was completed. They came back and did an inspection and found no leak! Great service from Alberto with Nakwan coming in with the assist. When a customer hears water dropping, we fear the worst! but that is when Executive Plumbing is at their best! YOU GOT TO BE NUTS NOT TO USE THEM!

We had an emergency plumbing issue in our home, and we reached out to Plumbing Giant for help. We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

Perhaps I'm not a handyman, but I can tell a good job from bad. The story: I bought a toilet tank kit to replace the insides of the tank and I thought it would take me one hour max. Maybe the kit didn't quite fit, or maybe I'm just that bad, but at the end of the ordeal I had leaks from various places, plus, I broke the shut off valve. Spent about 5 hours laying on the wet floor. At this time, around Christmas, it's been hard to find someone to come over, especially at 9 PM. Well, they did and all I can say, it was amazing. Kind of like an emergency surgery (and in fact, I think surgery is a kind of plumbing) - full focus on the job, actually running (not walking) back to the truck for supplies. Give me the scalpel, except give me the wrench, in this case. I am impressed.

American Hime Shield sent this company for the second time to get my garbage disposal working. The plates on it are rusted to the point that if not used every few days it seizes up. NC Pro told AHS that I damaged the disposal putting corn in it. not true. Brian, the service tech took a wrench and banged it on the plate to loosen the rust. After that it worked but it will do the same thing again if not used every few days. It’s old-2007-and extremely rusty. Before Brian left I wanted to make sure the blades turned properly so all I had was some corn so I broke into a small piece and we tried it. It cut the corn off one side. Tried another piece, same thing. We pulled each piece out to check so we didn’t just let it run. There is nothing wrong with the blades but they refused to tell AHS that the rust was an ongoing issue but they did tell AHS it needed replacing. If they would explain that I did not break it by putting corn in it which is the truth AHS Wwoupd replace it. Still NC Pro sent me an estimate and offered to replace it for almost $460. It almost seems like they want money from AHS and also from me. I would never recommend this company. The least they could do would be to be truthful with AHS and tell them the rust is the issue. Instead they tell them they got it running and didn’t elaborate and say the rust had it jammed up. 🤦🏻‍♀️.

Lane Plumbing came out to my home to fix a Pressure Reducing Valve. Daniel the technician was great from the start and noticed an additional problem that we had at our cut off. He pointed this out to me before doing any work, explained in clear detail and showed me the evidence to support his findings. They were competitively priced and efficient with their work. I definitely recommend that you call Lane Plumbing and if he's available request Daniel to be your tech.

Just got completely ripped off! Service call of $59 very reasonable. Labor was $104 for one hour of work! Not my fault that he had to go get a machine. So just paid $222 to unclog a shower drain. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome service. We recently had a broken water pipe behind one of our downstairs walls. I called NCWaterHeaters and found they do much more than water heaters. Their team was fast to react and be at my home when I needed them. The repair guys were very easy to work with and cleaned as they went, leaving our home just as they found it. Great service guys and very reasonably priced too.

Used them to install a faucet and connect new plumbing pipes from sink to the wall. Almost $800!!!! First off even though this business is 5 miles from my house, I get charged an hour for their tech to drive to my house. Even accounting for an hour to run to Lowes for parts, a skilled plumber took 3 hours to connect a faucet and piping!!!! Total man hours charged was 5 hours. No next time here with this company and my goal was not to spend 5 hours doing it myself. Live and learn on getting firm quotes up front!
Nothing wrong with the work they performed as far as I know.

I woke up on Saturday to a clogged main line and needed it cleared asap. I gave Rooter & Sons a call around 9AM and spoke with Chad who said he could have someone out by lunch or earlier. By 11AM Chad was at my house and the clog was cleared in no time. Chad was very friendly and a pleasure to do business with. From here on out whenever I need a plumber, Rooter & Son has earned my business.
