Jimmy and his crew did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC and mini split. They completed both jobs in a timely manner, cleaned up and answered all of our questions along the way. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a qualified and professional company to work on their home.

I had a break in an old sewer line in my front yard and TCR did a wonderful job replacing the bad pipe. They were fast, competent, professional, and honest. They were about 2/3 the price of an earlier quote I had from a national rooter company. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future for all plumbing.

These guys are awesome!! They were quick to help me with my crazy water heater emergency and they were on time!!! Russell was the gentleman who helped me and he was so nice and helpful and knowledgeable with my situation!! I’m definitely requesting him for all my future plumbing needs!!

Cape Fear Air Raileigh. I really like working with them. Them are quick and responsible. They pick phone calls quickly and took my matter as important. The project manager gets back to me quickly and set up my appointment promptly. It was just before Thanksgiving everybody was busy but he treated me really well. Then I got my new furnace installed the next Tuesday after Thanksgiving. The technicians are nice, too. So perfect score, 100 percent satisfaction. strongly recommend.

If we shared a request with Mike, his crew was aware of it and delivered, and similarly if we touched base with the crew about something, Mike had been kept apprised at every turn. I called for an appointment after receiving an estimate and they were able to get me in on the next business day. I had a new kitchen faucet installed (the old one leaked), a leaky drain repaired and a under sink water filter installed. James, who owns the business, arrived on time and promptly got to work. He had everything installed and took the time to make sure everything was working properly so quickly. It took maybe an hour, far less than what was estimated and the price was really affordable. I really appreciated that they were able to complete what I needed so quickly and at a price I could afford. Sink doesn't leak anymore, faucet doesn't drip and the tap water tastes great now!

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Customer service was amazing. Same day service was a welcome as I had called many companies this day and all were booked. Dalton was great in explaining what needed replacing which was my garbage disposal that was leaking he had a new one with him which made things convenient and the repair completed on the same day. They did good work but was was very pricy. $500 to repair a leak under the sink is a bit much.

Hugh shout-out to Your Service Pro of NC (Raleigh Computer Dr location) for handling a big problem with my bathroom sink drain. I was under a time constraint because of some upcoming surgery and owner Andrew could not have been more attentive. He contacted a specialist to actually do the job and followed through on every detail. I was so happy, relieved, and satisfied with his professionalism, attentiveness, and kindness.

Wanted to leave a quick note about the guys from ARC, especially David. Our dishwasher died on us and after several failed attempts at a fix from the manufacturer and another local service company, we gave ARC a call. They were able to send someone out (on the weekend) in less than 24 hours. David arrived on-time, was able to diagnose and fix our issue quickly. He left our house cleaner than it was when he arrived, and our dishwasher is functional again! I would highly recommend the guys at ARC to anyone needing help with any plumbing issues.

I've used Carolina Plumbing and Repair for years, but I wanted to finally write a review to put it on record. We recently discovered a leak in our ceiling below our master bathroom and the technicians came out to take a look. They were able to look at the situation and come up with solutions that did not involve cutting a bunch of different holes in our ceiling. The solutions were spot on, as we have not had any other leaks. We were told that if we do get the leak again, they would come right back out. They were professional, polite and explained everything in detail about what they were doing and gave us a couple of options to pick from. Every experience I have ever had over the past few years have been a positive one and it is why I keep going back. I highly recommend them.
