These guys are great. My mother's house had the pipes burst due to extreme high PSI from the town supply. We were lucky to catch them with time and they jumped right in and got our house completely re-piped in a single day. Amazing and I honestly still cannot believe they pulled this off. Great people. We hired Midtown to conduct a presale plumbing inspection for a home we were looking to purchase and we were very pleased with this decision! Our home inspector was able to identify things that may or may not have been a concern in the plumbing system but Jason the plumber from midtown quickly identified all kinds of potential issues, laid out relative costs to repair/replace and generally just gave us a lot of great information to make an informed decision on in regards to this house.

Having used them now myself I am also giving them an awesome review. The owner Mike is very professional, patient with my questions and fairly priced. We were in contact with Axis as part of a restoration project. They did a great job on that so we used them again when we found that the connector to the ice maker was needing repair. They are professional, knowledgeable, good people. We will use them again for plumbing services.

Mr. Coats replaced my main water line and the main house shut-off valve a few months ago. I had three different plumbers come out and his quote was not only the most competitive but he took the time to answer all my questions and didn't try and upsell me on random other plumbing projects like the other people did. He arrived when he said he was going to and he took exactly as long as he said it would take. He even took some pictures of the work and sent them to me for my records. Overall I was very impressed by his work and will definitely be using him for all future plumbing needs.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Customer service was amazing. Same day service was a welcome as I had called many companies this day and all were booked. Dalton was great in explaining what needed replacing which was my garbage disposal that was leaking he had a new one with him which made things convenient and the repair completed on the same day. I had a large flood from a busted pipe at the end of January. Edwin was referred to me by the mitigation team. I can't say enough good things about Edwin. He stopped what he was doing to come ASAP, repaired the source of the leak so that water could be turned back on and then came back the next morning to fix a pressure gauge and install an emergency shutoff valve in the house. He was kind, professional, and honest and the contractors applauded his work.

Bradly came out, in the middle of a rain storm, and gave me an estimate for two water spigots on the exterior of the house. Despite one being a bit of a pain, he did a great job and replaced them despite it pouring down rain and him getting soaked. He took his time despite his own discomfort and also took the time to work on getting me an estimate for a tankless water heater. Highly recommend.

Had my water heater start leaking bad late the other night, I was able to get it shut off and called Carolina Plumbing the next morning. They adjusted thier schedule and had it replaced the same day I called. Guys were awesome and very professional while working in my house even when I wasn’t there.
