Hot water heater decided to just stop working. We called K W Boykin and spoke with Keith, and Michael was there in less than 24 hours. Before replacement was suggested, Michael took all measures to try and save the unit. When there was no other choice but to purchase new, we had a new hot water installed in a day and a half. Michael did a fantastic job with removal and installation. Pricing was spot on and more importantly, the service was stellar! We totally recommend using K W Boykin Plumbing.

Working with Progressive Service Company was really great and easy. Marcus C. and his coworker installed our new water heater. Their price was very competitive against the three other quotes we received from other plumbers. They also had great customer service, were easy to communicate with, and were on time for each appointment. My garbage disposal seized. Scott was on time (actually early) and diagnosed the issue immediately. He removed the old disposal while I went and bought a new one (saving me serious $$$). He was honest about pricing and was super friendly and efficient. I'm 2 for 2 with Rooter & Sons.
