I had a sewer line backup and flood the house over the weekend. Initially I called a big disaster recovery company in Tulsa, they came out for measurements and promised a quote for work that afternoon. Called the next day and still working on it. Insurance Agent recommended ESR, so I called them and within a few hours there was a crew there ready to start.
Tyree and Journey were professional, honest, and diligent. They were quick to get all the impacted areas removed and sanitized.
From the bottom to the top ESR was the first to make me feel like my emergency was actually an emergency and took care of my family. I hope I never NEED to contact ESR again, but I can’t recommend them enough for the service they provided.

PS. Month later and I still haven’t received a quote from the other company.

My husband and I have used ESR Disaster Hero twice for water mitigation following pipes bursting. Hands down, they are the best company you could go with. Rudy and Ross were incredibly attentive, helpful, and were there for us every step of the way. They were always available to answer any questions we had and were quick to get back to us if they couldn’t answer right away. Journey and Tyree were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were hardworking, courteous, and they took great care with our belongings while they were moving them for us. They went above and beyond by helping us put some furniture back together once we got moved back in, even though they didn’t have to. Not once did I feel uncomfortable with anyone from the company being inside our home. God forbid that we have another flood, but we know who to call if we do.

We had a water line break in our wall and flooded most of the down stairs. They came out quickly in a Sunday afternoon and got started. Water remediation is done and Jimmy and Andrew have been great and very hardworkin . Miranda has been great dealing with the insurance adjuster. Very responsive group. So far I am very pleased.

I received 4 estimates for my roof to be replaced. The money was in the same ballpark on all of them so I had just rely on impression. Tyler was 100% professional, and never applied pressure to do the work. He was detailed with the work that would be done and explained my options. We scheduled, materials were delivered the day before the work. Tyler and his crew showed up went to work by 8:30 and were leaving my driveway at 3:45. They left me with a beautiful roof, and my yard in better shape than they found it. I believe we made the right choice! I would definitely recommend Tyler and ESR!

Overpriced and arrogant!

Tyree, Brandyn & Journey are your guys! In less than 24hrs these gentleman were at our house working hard. All 3 gentlemen were very personable and professional. Give these guys a call, you won’t regret it!

My house was found flooded on Christmas Eve. The house had been vacant for a few days and an upstairs tub valve broke. The house had several inches of water throughout, coming out of ceiling light fixtures. I called Rudy with ESR on Christmas Eve around 9pm. He had a crew out within hours to begin water extraction and had fans and pumps up and running before the end of the night. He also dealt with my insurance company directly so I did not have to worry about payments. Absolutely great company Great, quick communication. They helped make a tragic situation better!

ESR disaster Heroes saved me from my home. I had multiple plumbing issues that had caused a lot of damage in my home. I called Tyler who showed up same day I called him. Tyler put me at peace right way with all that was going on , he dealt with the insurance company, his crew was able to start right a way literally same day. All I had to do was pick out tile and paint and they had my house done quicker then I could imagine. I have worked with tons of builders in the past so when I say they were fast with getting the work done I know. All employees were so polite and helpful and my house had a few surprises during the remodel that Tyler and his crew were quick to fix so I would not have to stress over. I had all of my down stairs remodel top to bottom and it looks like a new home. My home looks so beautiful now!!! Thank you Tyler for making my vision come true!! Also they were on top of keeping my house clean as possible during the construction, I appreciate very much since my family and I had stayed up stairs during it. Very professional and trustworthy! I had a tiny leak make a huge mess that ruined my bathroom and my wood flooring. My insurance agent recommended ESR/Disaster Hero, and Tyler and his team took over and did everything. It was eye-opening seeing what a group of professionals can accomplish while staying in budget! We went over all my options and he listened to all my concerns and said five little words that made me so happy, We'll take care of it. Drain backed up in my garage and flooded my living room, dining room and hallway! I just had hip replacement surgery so this couldn’t have come at a worse time! All my wood floors had to be ripped up and I lived for more than 5 days with what felt and sounded like 100 ginormous fans blowing constantly. All my furniture got moved to a pod in the driveway. During the course of this disaster my cat went missing (she’s an indoor only rescue kitty)…now comes the GOOD part…..Andrew, Brandon and Tyrese opened and thoroughly searched the pod and found Minnie inside the couch after Brandon heard her meow. She would not have survived another 24 hours inside the metal pod in 90+ degree heat! If I could adopt these young men I would! This company was thorough and professional. I am totally impressed with the service they provided! I’m so glad my insurance company recommended Disaster Hero!!!

I had a supply line break in the middle of the night flooding by bathroom and bedroom. The next day we had a toilet overflow. I was referred to ERS Disaster by a local plumber. He told me that they were great. He did not exaggerate!! They sent a crew right out to my home and started cleaning up and drying out the walls and floors immediately. They worked excellently with my Insurance Adjuster getting everything approved. After dry out was complete, I had a water leak in the foundation. This time it flooded the hallway into my carpeted living room. I called Brandon in tears. I couldn't afford another deductible and didn't know what to do. Tyler sent Brandon back with the equipment at no charge! This company truly cares about you. They have been extremely professional, reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable about helping me in my time of need. I really was impressed with the employees of this company and the great job they performed. Jimmy and Andrew were very polite, punctual, and very careful while moving my furniture out and back in while my floors were being replaced. They were quick, but careful and I really appreciated their moving technique.

I had a wonderful experience with ESR! They came out in under 45 min and were extremely thorough! Miranda put my worries at ease with being knowledgeable and understanding. She dealt with everything super fast! I had a team out and all things cleaned up super fast. Super thankful for her and her help with the insurance. The original rebuild adjuster was not a favorite and it definitely felt rushed only to put me on the back burner.

They always asked permission to enter or access any space beforehand to respect privacy. We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom into the ceiling below. They came out the very next day, got everything set up quickly. Great communication from the team. I had a shower pan leak that damaged not only the bathroom but the master bedroom and closet. The ESR DISASTER HERO literally came to my rescue! Tyler coordinated everything with awesome precision, professionalism and a generous amount of caring for my understanding of all aspects of the project. ESR did a wonderful job. We had a water leak in our wall. Mold was growing in the carpet and along the baseboards. They cleaned and dried everything and removed the mold. Then they sanitized the room. Not only did they do an excellent job, they were very quick to respond. They were very courteous and caring. We are extremely happy with their service.

I reached out to ESR about a new roof for my house. Tyler was very professional and turned around my quote quickly. They started work the next day and the roof looked fantastic. They even painted the vent pipes to match the roof! I also couldn't find one nail laying around and they cleaned up the job site cleaner then it was.

Had a kitchen water leak called ESR got a fast response and knowledgeable team to survey the damage and they got right to work and fixed the problem right the first time. Good people would recommend to anyone.

They answered quickly even though it was after 9pm on a Saturday. Rudolph was so kind and empathetic! Russ showed up and did the initial walk through that night!

Sunday morning Journey and Tyree showed up to get things going on drying out. These two young men have been AMAZING!
They went through all my concerns, took measurements, set up equipment, and came back the next day to re-test. They have been so professional. Arrived approx the time they said they’d be here. Treated my kids and animals with respect as well. Updated me on my progress and told me what to expect next. They sent me the photos of the damage for my insurance claims so I have them as well.

Watch like a hawk if you hire them. They’re team was friendly but sneaky. Do not let them speak directly to your insurance company. Always stay in the middle of it. Mark your walls and items that need replacing, to make sure they actually replace it. They told me they replaced things they never replaced, and fixed things they never fixed. If I wasn’t checking in every day, I would not have know what was going on. They were just going to pocket the insurance money provided to replace and fix items, and on top of that keep the contracting fee. Very disheartening that companies like this exist.

I read all the good reviews and thought this company would be great to hire. Had I not been involved and kept an eye on them I would’ve thought the same.I would not have known better and thought they did what they said. They tried to scam me out of insurance money and said they did thing when they didn’t and wanted payment for things that were NOT fixed.

Tyler (The owner) is very aggressive if you call him out. Don’t be intimidated by him. Insurance fraud is serious and he needs to stop cheating people. Don’t pay until things are all completed and don’t pay for things that haven’t been done. Google LF (linear foot), SQFT, etc and insurance terminology so you know what needs to be done. Have the insurance company wright you the check, and DO NOT PAY unless it’s completely fixed. Otherwise you’re the one out of pocket and have to pay to redo our fix correctly.

Also ask for receipts for everything, directly from the companies not from ESR. They tried to mark materials up thousands of dollars and charge me for it along with increasing their GC FEE. When I called the companies that materials were bought and I found out that the items did not cost what they were claiming it cost and that Tyler was pocketing extra money. Thousands of dollars. Don’t let them get away with subpar work either. Some of the work they actually did was awful and would need to be fixed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. BIG SCAMMER ! Very friendly to get you in the door but beware

ESR restored our home! Brandon and Jimmy worked with courtesy, sympathy for our mess, and great knowledge. After pulling out an old dishwasher, black mold was all over the wall. ESR came out very quickly, covered it with plastic to contain it, and gave us a fair quote to remediate about 8 feet of wall behind the kitchen cabinets. This was Christmas week, and office manager Miranda was sick, but she prepared our quote from her home. She was so kind. Brandon and Jimmy were so smart, and they were done in only a few days in our home. The kitchen was tented with black thick plastic, so no mold spores escaped as they ripped out the affected sheet rock. No dust got in our cabinets because they carefully sealed them with blue tape. They thoroughly cleaned all surfaces, with vacuuming and anti-microbial cleaner before they left. We highly recommend them!

HIGHLY OVERPRICED, never will call them again and would never recommend them to anyone unless you want pay x3 times more fore work that can be done for less, plus they add charges for work that never been done, they have unreasonable rates and workers are very lazy, except one Mexican guy who brought all his family and has done 90% of work that was done in our house just for 6 hours.

Our whole home flooded due to a frozen pipe. Disaster Hero’s was out at our residence within a couple hours after I called. Tyree was amazing and really took the time to explain to us what was going on. He was out at our residence all but one day checking on everything!! We greatly appreciate it!

While replacing a hail damaged roof doesn't rank up there with tornado or flood damage, it is still a challenging experience. ESR Disaster Hero met with my insurance adjuster and worked closely with my insurance company to guarantee the job was done professionally with top quality materials and workmanship. They met their promised deadlines and had a manager here in conjunction with a supervisor to ensure the permits were acquired; coordinated city inspections; and made sure the upgrades noted in their quote were delivered as promised. Their communication throughout the job was great and they were a pleasure to work with. He liked their approach so much my neighbor selected them to replace his roof!!

We found a small leak that was caused by two of our windows not being sealed when we built our house two months ago. Tyler was prompt and efficient at diagnosing the problem, and getting the restoration started. I was super impressed with all of the individuals working for ESR. They were professional, kept things as clean as possible, and very thorough. Strongly recommend this company to anyone needing restoration-they make things as painless as possible.

They made my roof beautiful again after the hail storm in Broken Arrow in 2017. They do great work!!

We returned home from vacation to find our carpet was wet. Disaster Hero with Tyree and Joel came out the next day to mitigate the damage and begin the cleanup. I am very happy with how well they worked with us and our schedule.

Journey and Tyree were great to work with and did a quick, yet thorough job removing water damaged carpet pads and baseboards. They were prompt every day coming back to our house to check on the progress accomplished by the carpet fans and dehumidifier. These two young men were professional and very enjoyable to work with. Their ballpark estimate of what the total job would cost was a bit low to the actual invoice, but Ross was able to explain in detail how the daily costs added up based on equipment day rate and daily visits from Journey and Tyree. Overall a good experience.

We had a water pipe leak that went under our flooring and into a few of our walls. The owner came out right away and assessed the damage and within an hour their team showed up and cut out the wet areas to avoid molding. They were very clean and disposed of all the debris and installed fans and dehumidifiers. Every day after, Tyree and Journey came to check moisture levels and were very prompt on times they said they’d come. They were very friendly and filled us in on every detail of the process. I’d recommend them to anyone in a disaster situation.

when we get called to a residence for a tree on a house that has cause damage to the house, I recommend Tyler. He is very fast to respond and once he meets with the costumer he makes them feel at ease. He handles everything with the insurance company and gets things started quickly. He is very knowledgeable and I would recommend him and his company to anyone.

After two rooms in our home flooded we weren't sure what to do or what the next steps were, a friend of mine got me in contact with Tyler at Disaster Hero and that was literally the best decision we could have made!
