I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Arrived promptly at the stated time and even called to let me know that they were on their way. Very thorough in their work. They also clean up after themselves. I love the fact that they wear little booties on their shoes before they even walk into your house to prevent any dirt on your floors. Price for work I needed done was very reasonable. The staff from taking the order, giving estimate to installation, all the way through was a great experience, and will keep them in mind for our future needs.

EMERGENCY INSTALL: Had new waterline installed from Aqua Mainline after line-break on older home property. Words do not express the normal frustration trying to get something like this fixed.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.
