Fantastic service. CW and his crew came out to fix our sudden broken pipe. They were on time and got to work immediately to diagnose and fix the problem. Thankfully it was an easy fix but they handled it in less than an hour.

They cleaned up and wore masks and took their shoes off. Very respectful of our space in our home.

The best part was he was fair and honest about the price which was way less than I expected it to be. I had called other companies and they wanted to charge us almost as much just to show up before they do any labor. CW was honest and said Man I hate when other plumbers try to take advantage of people.

For that reason alone I'll be using these guys again for any plumbing needs

We had a backed up drain line outside of the home, and one of the Fasco plumbing technicians came out, cleaned and flushed the line in less than 45min!! I also appreciate how he wore his Covid-19 PPP and wore boot covers in the house... sometimes it’s just the little things!!

We have now used Jayk’s Plumbing twice and there are no words to express how awesome they are. Both times we have called them we have called because we were having an emergency. The first time was during “normal” business hours & the second time was on a Sunday. Both times we contacted them, they responded to us within 1/2 an hour and then came to our home within an hour. They have wonderful customer serivce and were able explain the problem to me in an easy to understand way. The labor fees for the work we needed done were extremely reasonable and they will always be the plumbers we call from now on. Thank you for great service!!

This company has the most fair pricing, is the most reliable, and honest. They were good communicators, gave us a fair price (we compared multiple companies in the area and this company was the best price for the exact same services that everyone else was offering), and they were extremely honest. They opened the water heater they had brought and noticed it had dents on it. They refused to install it like that and drove back to the store to get one that was in new condition. I was amazed at this because it took extra time out of their day. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

I recently had a water fitting break outside of my house which needed to be replaced. TCR rooting was able to come out and fix it within an hour for a very reasonable price. Very thankful and happy with their service

If I could give a negative 10 rating I would. On my spring contract I had someone to come out to look the ac unit on the outside. The tech came on 4/10. I did not want anyone in the house due to the pandemic. I made this clear when I booked the appointment. I have medical problems and can't be exposed to this virus.I can't begin to tell you what a nightmarish experience this was. The tech, who was not wearing a mask positioned himself practically on top of the back glass door. When I told him to back off he went off on me berating me. He also tried to convince me that he should be checking inside.After he checked the unit he told me I needed a new start kit for $185. I also needed a dual run capacitor for $195. I have the paperwork to prove this. I declined the work.All in all this was a very scary experience both from a health standpoint and an intimidating one.I hired another company to look at the unit and was told it was in perfect order. The tech wore gloves and a face mask. I told him what Service Experts found wrong with the unit and he indicated everything was in perfect running order, He also indicated that he knew he could have the virus and be asymptomatic.I've been with Service Experts since 2017. Quite frankly this is the first time the tech was a nightmare. However it was not the first time I suspected they were trying to sell me something I didn't need.I cannot recommend this company from any standpoint.

WE HAD A HOME WARRANTY INSTALL A WATER HEATER BUT IT WASN'T THE RIGHT WATER HEATER. AFTER 3 MONTHS OF DEALING WITH THE WARRANTY COMPANY SENDING OUT INCOMPETENT PLUMBERS, WE DECIDED TO FIND AN INDEPENDENT PLUMBER. WE HIRED THE ART OF PLUMING OF CARY, NC. THEY DIAGNOSED AND INSTALLED THE CORRECT WATER HEATER. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE ART OF PLUMMING FOR ALL YOUR PLUMMING NEEDS.

I don't recommend peaches plumbing. They give a good estimate but leave the work undone and don't return your calls after receiving the payment in full.
I had a list of plumbing issues including replacing a toilet, changing a sink faucet, cleaning the garbage disposal, fixing the drains of two sinks, and installing an expansion tank and its draining pipe.
The plumber I worked with, Josh, came and inspected the issues and gave me a quote.
Once he started, he found a new leaky pvc pipe above the expansion tank he was going to install and fixed it for free, which I appreciate, but my major issues where sealing (reinstalling) a toilet, fixing a faucet, and cleaning the garbage disposal, which he never delivered!
He charged me in full and disagreed when I asked him to pay half halfway and the rest when all is delivered. Also I agreed to pay extra for installing the toilet, which he broke during sealing it due to a rusty bolt as he said, and the new faucet (he said the washer is off and better buy a new one). Once he received the PayPal payment, he never responded my calls and texts to install the toilet and the fauset he asked me to purchase.
I eventually had to get someone to fix my toilet and faucet separately, which of course cost me a lot of money and time.

I DON'T recommend peaches plumbing if you want to get your job done!
