This company is amazing! My old plumber quoted 950$ for a water heater install.... called these guys and within 3 days they were out and saved me over $700 at fantastic quality!!

David was a life saver! Today, on a Sunday, we had sewage water spewing out of the powder room toilet. He responded to us so quickly! He assessed the problem and cleared the clog completely, inside and in the crawl space. This is not the first time he has solved our plumbing problems. Always professional and such a pleasure to work with. We trust him completely!! We highly recommend him!

Had water leaking from behind the washing machine. Before Ease Plumbing, I called another company but couldnt undertand the dispather well and didn't get a call back within a reasonable time. What a difference when I called Ease Plumbing. The dispatcher answered promptly, clearly, and very friendly, like she liked her job. After making sure I was not an emergency, she told me on my request how to send her a picture of the problem area, explained their dispatch fee and services included, their availability for next day afternoon including every effort being made to squeeze me in earlier, summarized everything again and asked me to confirm. I gladly accepted. I was so surprised with their efficiency, the effort to explain the process, and then to follow up immediately with a text message to send the picture. Not until several hours later did I receive a response from the other company. In the morning, the dispatcher kept me up to date with estimated arrival time. Tim, the plumber, came already in the morning. He was just as efficient in deternining the problem, removed on my request a good waterhose from my old machine, tested out the leak, and put everything back into place. He also found a hose connection mixup created by my installation helpers recently, By that time I decided that Ease Plumbing will be my plumbing company going forward: Professional service, full information, and absolute customer friendly.

Travis and Garrett arrived on my non-emergency appointment in Durham on time and friendly as they could be. I had given a list of issues. They addressed each one with care and professionalism, even advising when continuing to work at an issue might create a larger problem. I definitely recommend them highly.

Great service yesterday from David Guin with Roto-Rooter. On a snow day with the kids home from school, the downstairs toilet overflowed (due to issues that we have with an overflow valve in the front yard). This is NEVER any fun. Roto-Rooter had David out to my home within an hour from my phone call. The price charged for clearing out the main sewer line was more affordable than other companies in the Raleigh area have charged me in the past. David, the technician, was professional, courteous, and fast. He left the area in the yard in the same condition that he found it. Problem solved! I would definitely call Roto-Rooter again for any plumbing needs.

If you want delays, aggravation, frustration, cost overruns, Carolina Plumbing and Repair is your company. I hired them to do plumbing for my new residential construction, my biggest mistake!

They failed rough-in inspection and took almost three weeks to comeback and correct it. These guys have more on their plate than they can chew. They are grossly understaffed, they lie about scheduling, they don't do it right the first time, and hope to get by.

They are always in a rush, and do not dedicate time and effort to do it right the first time. For example, they ran the water leak test for rough-in inspection and did not take the water out from the drain lines after inspection. With cold temps the water froze and busted the pipes, this was on January 10th 2018, as of today they haven't come back to fix it. We are 3 weeks away from closing and two weeks from final inspection, these guys are still dragging their feet. They have held up other trades from completing their jobs. There are many more examples, and if I wrote them all - I would end up writing a book titled: 101 Reasons Not to Hire Carolina Plumbing and Repair.

I would not recommend them for new construction or new additions.

Technician Chris was finally able to solve a problem that I've been having off and on with my furnace for nearly 3 years! Just when I was about to give up and buy an entirely new HVAC system, he saved the day by knowing exactly what he was doing and said he had seen that identical issue on the same model of furnace a few weeks prior. He was honest with me and said I didn't need a new system, just a very specific circuit board (so he saved me at least $5,000). Sure enough, they were able to get the part he needed within 24 hours, and it was installed the same day it arrived, and I haven't had a single issue since. What a relief to finally have reliable heat after 5 different companies all failing. I will never use anyone else for furnace repair (should I ever need it again)! And when the time inevitably does come to get a new furnace, there is no doubt who I will be calling to install it. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
