My shower has been messed up since we moved in our house. Wes came out and assessed it and figured out the problem and fixed it in no time! I will definitely be calling RTP plumbing for any future needs!

Excellent service! Called @4:15pm on a Sunday, he was at my house by 5:00 and had the issue fixed by 6:30, including a run to get parts. All for an absolutely reasonable price. Can't recommend enough.

Did an awesome job replacing my hot water heater. He was able to quote me through text message. All I had to do was answer a few easy questions and send him a couple of pictures. Quote came in about half what a major brand quoted me!

Had to do a total remodel of my hall bathroom. Called Midtown Plumbing and discussed the plan. I could not have been more pleased with everyone from the owner, the technicians and the office manager. They are exactly the company you always think all companies should be!! Great customer service!!

Service Experts put in my new unit about 5 years ago. We have continued maintenance service twice a year as recommended. I worked with Chris Overton to get a regular guy on the schedule and they were terrific. Richard is who I ask for and have been able to have consistency in getting all my questions answered. Both are very professional and understand the special needs a 1977 house may have. We have completed all their recommendations and will be excited to see how the unit works this summer. Thank You for all the extra help! I would recommend Service Experts to someone looking for a new unit or service provider.

My AC went out so I called Weather Master and scheduled an appointment. I told them what I thought the problem was, which is significant. They said they had an opening in a few days. I told them that I could do that day as long as they were done by 1 because I have to go to work. Audrey put it in the notes and assured me that they could do it. The day of the appointment I waited and waited. I finally called at 12 and spoke to Audrey again and asked if they were still coming. I reminded her that I had to leave at 1. She put me on hold and called the dispatch to inquire. She came back and told me that the service provider was held up at the house on the schedule before me and she would call me by 12:30 to let me know either way. At 12:37 a different lady called me to tell me that the service provider was free and could get to my house by 1. I told her that I had to leave by 1 and if the provider couldn’t be here and diagnose the system by then, he would be asked to leave. She told me that he was 20 minutes away and would not be able to do that and asked if I wanted to reschedule the appointment. I told her I did not because I prefer to work with companies that were committed to professionalism. The then proceeded to “apologize” saying that the company does no do time block scheduling and has no guarantee to be anywhere at a specific time: “sorry” for the misunderstanding. I replied that there was no misunderstanding. I was clear that I needed to leave my house at 1 when I scheduled the appointment and Audrey understood and noted it in my remarks. She started to argue again under the guise of an apology. I decided that it wasn’t worth my time to stay in a fruitless conversation about integrity and we said our goodbyes. Now here I am, at 1:03 completing this review.Follow up edit:I had someone (possibly a customer service rep but they didn’t identify themselves as such) call me after I posted this review. We spoke about what my expectations were and they took ownership on where they dropped the ball. They offered to make it up to me but I have already scheduled an appointment with another company. I updated my review from 1 star to 2 because of the nice phone call. It seems like they do actually care about the customer’s business. Take the 2 star review with a grain of salt because they never got the chance to do any work for me. I hope this helps someone down the line.

Daniel Brothers was great to work with. We had old poly pipes burst and they worked with us to re-plumb entire house. They remodeled our main bathroom as well as repair crawlspace issues. They did it all. Not only was it quality work, they were very professional. What I loved most was their communication. Any question or concern, day or night, they ALWAYS responded quickly. We will definitely call them with future projects.

Eugene runs a great operation. They went above and beyond to help me. I would recommend them to anyone with plumbing problems whether large or small.

I was having a drainage emergency over the weekend, and contacted Peaches upon a friend’s referral. The gentleman who came out to help was punctual, professional, and got my problems fixed quickly. Would definitely recommend their services in the future

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Update:WOW. I went a couple weeks very upset because it didn't seem to fix our problem, then our AC went completely out and finally called to get them back out. They found a different problem that was evidently the problem the whole time that they didn't catch the first time, came back out and fixed it free of charge. This company TAKES CARE OF ITS CUSTOMERS. I'm blown away. They spent a whole lot of time here over the past few weeks and only charged me the first time with the initial estimate. Ive dealt with a lot of money grabbing companies and this is clearly not one. They've got a customer for life.---Very helpful, on time, no hidden cost, what they tell you its going to cost, that's what it's going to cost. Daniel was extremely helpful, honest, on time, called in advance, and he definitely knows what he's doing. Will definitely use these guys again.

We have used PlumbV on two occasions. The first time was to replace a leaking hot water heater. They offered a few replacement options and I was very happy with how quickly and well the work was done at a very fair price. The second time was to put plumbing in on a new kitchen sink following a refurb. They were able to work around our schedule and get it done. Excellent service from an owner who I thoroughly trust.
