I dont usually write reviews but I was very happy with the quick response from this team and the quality of their work! I had a leak in my outside spigot and they came and evaluated the problem quickly, gave us a reasonable quote and corrected the problem! I would definitely recommend them to my friends!

6/9/23 Miguel and Will were fantastic! Explaining the issue(s) with each AC unit with pictures and video. Easy to understand and make a decision on what to do.6/723 Daegen replaced the electrical box, installed new lighting fixtures, and replaced several outlets. Communicated what was happening and answered questions.2/5/23 Juan was on call when a pipe broke on a Saturday night. He arrived assessed the situation and provided several options. Had water running again within hours!!Michael & Son are my go to company for Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC!!! Great customer service and fantastic people!!!

There was a loud thumping noise in pipes. It was determined quickly that the PSI coming into the house was 175, way to high. Pressure valve was replaced and problem resolved. Knowledgeable service technician did a great job.

I live in a new construction neighborhood and Cecil Davis is our point of contact in case of issues. I have called dozens of times to get updates on when someone might come out and fix a water leak and am told by the receptionist I'll let the boss know. I have contacted them multiple times for an issue at my meter and water running down the street. This most recent time it was found that it was on the Town of Apex side of the meter, but they still have not informed me of this! I found out from my builder two days after it was looked at and hundreds of gallons of water have run down the street at my expense. Do not use this Plumber if you like to know what is happening! This is your warning.

David supported me in Home Depot to help select the right material for a project I was working on. He even gave me his number and told me to call if I had questions. Well I did and after several text messages and advice I was able to complete the project. When someone helps you just to be helpful says all I need to know about their character. I highly recommend working with David and will be calling him in the future when needed. You’re in good hands here.

Ian was so helpful fixing a water temperature problem, and will be coming back to help with piping to our septic tank! Not only was he able to fix problems, but explained and educated us throughout the process. We will most definitely be returning to Ease Plumbing!
