I noticed a severe leak in the water lines for my washing machine. I called Peaches Plumbing and they had a technician at my house immediately! The technician was clean, on-time, very proficient They repaired the leak and had me up and running so quickly. I would highly recommend Peaches Plumbing!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Drew really cares about the work he does, as well as ensuring his clients fully understand their options. He thoroughly investigates before diagnosing and offering next steps. He ensures you fully understand the costs and the scope covered. He is very respectful of the home, and is careful not to track mud, etc and to clean up as he goes. He is a true professional, and delivers high quality work. As a female home owner - I really appreciated his directness, and his extra steps to ensure I understood what was happening and why.

They came out to repair a wet stain in my ceiling, were there for 15-20 minutes, and left without saying anything to me. I still don’t know what’s going on or where they went. They also left residue on my dining room table. The situation is not fixed, I’m down $150, and will not work with this company again.

Responsiveness and communication was wonderful. But after the installation, there was no explanation about guaranteed service or follow up information. The plumber was very friendly and finished the work very promptly. Hoped they do not hurry to the next customer and have some chat with my questions. Thank you. Overall it was a positive experience.

They changed out our entire home's copper pipes to PEX, as well as replaced, sanded, and painted the sheetrock that was removed to replace the pipes. Contacted Axis through a recommendation from a friend to do remediation prior to selling our house. The gentleman who showed up was prompt and courteous. He went re-reviewed the list of repairs that were needed with me and patiently detailed what he planned to do to address each item. He finished the list (8 items of varying complexity) in approximately 1.5 hours). Upon completion, he walked me through all the repairs on all 3 floors of the house. Once he was certain everything had been satisfactorily been completed he presented the bill and walked me through each item / charge. To top it all off, the bill was less than I'd anticipated. I will likely be a return customer should the need arise.

This company showed up on time and replaced a mixing valve for a shower. They were very friendly and very professional. The repair was completed in a timely and competent manner. When I needed an adjustment almost a year later within that warranty period they answered the phone promptly and came back within a few days as agreed. They made the additional adjustments to my satisfaction with no additional charges. In an era when it is so difficult to find someone you can trust and is professional and honors their warranty, this company checks all those boxes.
