I have used Fuller three times over the last year and have always been impressed with their staff's friendly professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond. Their prices have always been reasonable and they are fast workers. I have worked with Michael and Will most recently, and both did a great job for our family. I constantly recommend them to others in need of plumbing services. Keep up the great work!

Mike and the rest of the Waite team are fantastic to work with. We had to get PB removed in our home after having a pretty bad water leak (along with several small ones in our crawlspace over the years), which was the final straw with that problematic piping in our home.

Mike and team came and put in new PEX piping and gave us options that made sense for us. They also worked on recommendations for a water heater in the future (by our request, they were not pushy at all or trying to get add ons) and offered to repair the drywall they'd have to remove to repipe and redo the shower valves (it was a very reasonable cost vs what we later had quoted from other vendors, but we declined and will do that ourselves).

Highly recommend Waite, they are class acts all around.

10/10 would recommend Air Experts to anyone! They are super professional, communication is top notch, reasonable prices and very knowledgeable. They came out same day ( within a couple hours) after several other places were weeks out for even emergencies. Shane was great and very thorough. I'm going to bypass my home warranty provider and go directly to air experts for anything in the future. Thank you all for being so wonderful!

We had our water heater broken, and Poole's plumbing gave us a reasonable quote (better than others in our area), were prompt in service, and were very cooperative. The staff from taking the order, giving estimate to installation, all the way through was a great experience, and will keep them in mind for our future needs.

Our washing machine would not drain completely and water backed up into the utility room. In the assessment, Ray noticed our hot water heater had a lot of rusted water staining and was over 13 yrs old.
Ray and Justin replaced our galvanized drain pipe and hot water heater, not a pleasant endeavor. Ray kept us posted on every step and was very professional. I highly recommend Ray and Justin, as they worked very well together.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

This is our second time working with this company for our rental property and they once again did a wonderful job! We didn’t have to wait weeks for an appointment, they were so professional and fairly priced. Had an appointment with Andrew this morning from 9-11am. I received an email this morning with the appointment information and noticed he incorrectly recorded my address. I then called to let him know the correct address and left a message. Never received a call back so I called at 11:30(30 minutes after the set time of 9-11). He answered and said he couldn't find my address. Told him I called and left a message and he didn't say anything. I then asked why he didn't call me and he said he did. Which is not true, I received no call. I then asked if he left a message and his response was that I should just call someone and that he wasn't interested in this conversation anymore. He took my address down incorrectly, tried to find my home, didn't call me or leave a message to say he was having trouble finding the place. Then when asked about why he didn't call, he gets hissy and tells me to to call someone else. During this conversation I wasn't rude or unkind in anyway. I will gladly take my business elsewhere and hope others will have a better experience. I've never had an experience with such unprofessionalism and will NEVER recommend this man child.

Mike is the best in his field. He is very responsive and does high quality work. In addition to repairing a water leak and installing a toilet, he has also helped me get my kitchen fitted for a gas stove. He is the best you will find.

I had a hot water heater issue that developed on Saturday. I called what I thought was a larger reputable company on Saturday. As of Monday morning at 0945 I was STILL trying to get the larger, and obviously unreliable company to my house. I called Carolina Plumbing and Repair on Monday morning at 0945. Within 40 minutes, Tim was at my house. An hour and a half later the repair was complete and Tim was leaving. I don't usually leave reviews like this, but after the issues I had with the other company and the GREAT response I had from Carolina Plumbing and Repair I thought--why the hell shouldn't I let other people know how GREAT this company treated me? I guess I should also leave a review for that other company that ended up being bad. I will do that eventually, I won't say who they are here but their initials are ARS. Time gave me an estimate of the repair cost within 10 minutes of arriving and the repair was right at that estimated cost. If you are looking for a plumber in the Garner/Raleigh/Cary area--in my opinion--you CANNOT go wrong with Carolina Plumbing and Repair. Go ahead, give em' a call. You won't regret it!!!
