We have used RWHG two times, once for our water heater and another time for a toilet. Both times they showed up when they said and did quality work.

We had a late emergency with our water heater. Will & his team were very responsive, they took care of the water coming out of the system and returned the next day with a new unit. Once again thank you for being the only one out of a few phone calls to respond in the manner you did.

Contacted Axis through a recommendation from a friend to do remediation prior to selling our house. The gentleman who showed up was prompt and courteous. He went re-reviewed the list of repairs that were needed with me and patiently detailed what he planned to do to address each item. He finished the list (8 items of varying complexity) in approximately 1.5 hours). Upon completion, he walked me through all the repairs on all 3 floors of the house. Once he was certain everything had been satisfactorily been completed he presented the bill and walked me through each item / charge. To top it all off, the bill was less than I'd anticipated. I will likely be a return customer should the need arise.

Ty worked on a door bell chime that was no longer working. He arrived on time, he was very through in checking the chimes wiring which required going up in attic. He determined that a new chime was needed. He completed the installation. Earlier this year Ty installed two Ring cameras!! He was very through and made sure that cameras & phone were working before he left. I will continue to use Blanton's Services because their team provides awesome service and they are very professional. Thank you Ty, you are the best!!!

We had Poole's install a new tankless water heater at our home. Their price was better than the few other firms I called. The crew arrived on time, explained the process well, and they were very considerate regarding COVID protocols. Would recommend them to anyone.

The service they performed was way beyond the scope of a standard plumber. I had roots from a tree breaking through my drainage pipe outside and completely clogging over four feet of the drain. Glen organized the removal of the tree and worked tirelessly with his coworkers to dig out the large root until they were able to remove and replace the clogged pipe. They got my plumbing working and the outside area cleaned up in what seemed like record time (two days when I feared it would take weeks to do what they did). It was a very difficult and labor intensive job for them, and they made it as easy for me as possible. Thank you all for your hard work!

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Had roots growing in the sewer clean out tap. They had a tough time digging down to get the pipe out. The clean out tap was located in a space with limited access. Had all the utilities come out and mark where lines ran before they started. Had to put on a new T section and new pipe and flush out the line after the root removal. Good job!

The 800Plumber and Air team did an excellent job on doing a HVAC repair and replacing a toilet for me. David checked my HVAC system and made sure everything was working properly. They were very professional and timely. I highly recommend them if you need work done on your HVAC or Plumbing.

My mother-in-law called to have someone come out and look over the plumbing in and around the house for leaks because she received an unusually high water bill of over $50. Typically she pays around $30. The gentleman came out and looked around the bathrooms and kitchen and then, without asking, replaced two floats in two toilets, which were fairly new and not leaking. He charged her $309.

My mother-in-law didn’t think the floats were the issue, but waited for the next water bill to make sure. She soon received the next month’s water bill of $908. Finally, a family member came over and after much looking under the house and anywhere there was a water supply line, they found a faucet in the back yard was on and the attached hose was leaking. They turned it off and the problem was solved. My mother-in-law called the plumbing company and spoke to a young lady and told her how the man replaced two good toilet floats, didn’t look around and how much he charged. The young lady basically said there was nothing she could do.

I called today and spoke to the office manager. I let him know what the service technician did when he came out and he said that if he would have talked to her, he would have come out and looked around. He also said for her to call and talk to him if she had another plumbing need. I told him my mother-in-law was a little gun-shy now of Carolina Plumbing and I didn’t think she would be calling them again.

My main frustration is that the service technician didn’t look around, didn’t ask where any supply lines or outside faucets might be or look under the house at all for water leaks. In my opinion, this isn’t good customer service and borders on taking advantage of someone who doesn’t understand plumbing.
