They were incredibly accommodating of my sporadic schedule and quickly discovered and repaired the problem area in our home. The worked quick and efficiently. Had to call for service after 5 pm, left a voicemail, and they were able to send a technician out within a couple hours at most. They also provided a picture and time estimate of the technicians arrival which is very helpful ensuring it’s not a stranger posing as a tech.Logan was very knowledgeable, friendly, and provided great service. He was able to fix the problem and was very honest when asked questions. I had tried contacting others before but had no luck, and I think it worked out. I could not be happier by the service, honestly impressed!I HIGHLY recommend giving them a call and I’ll keep them in mind should I need any help with my A/C in the future.I write this in my cold A/C happy as a clam!

I returned home on a Saturday from being out of town and found that both outside faucets were frozen. I had removed the hoses but left the splitters connected. Both faucets were old and leaking. I was concerned when the weather warmed up on Monday a leak might occur while I was at work. Mike was so kind, he came out on a really cold Sunday and quickly replaced both faucets at a very reasonable price.
He is knowledgeable, dependable and honest, I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

We had the upstairs air conditioner replaced in July, the fan failed on the furnace in August. Then the unit stopped working in September. So, not a great experience after lots of money spent and no reliable air con for a NC summer. But, Torrie came out today and got it all fixed. He was very through and made sure the root cause was addressed. Very glad Torrie was on the job!

I live in a new construction neighborhood and Cecil Davis is our point of contact in case of issues. I have called dozens of times to get updates on when someone might come out and fix a water leak and am told by the receptionist I'll let the boss know. I have contacted them multiple times for an issue at my meter and water running down the street. This most recent time it was found that it was on the Town of Apex side of the meter, but they still have not informed me of this! I found out from my builder two days after it was looked at and hundreds of gallons of water have run down the street at my expense. Do not use this Plumber if you like to know what is happening! This is your warning.

Ian came on a Saturday afternoon and made quick work of replacing broken main water valve. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I had Poole's Plumbing come out to replace our 28 year old electric water heater with a new Bradford White. They had to move the location and they did it with ease. They even ran a nice drain line along my garage wall at the perfect angle. I got a few quotes before using them, but went with them because I had used them at my old house and they carried Bradford White! Either way, very pleased with their service and their price.

Our drain line was clogged and they were very quick to respond and diagnose the problem and took care of some roots growing in the drain line. I would highly recommend.
