Our water heater was not working (no hot water!). I called Mike on Sunday at around 9:30. He was very professional, honest, and detailed. He was at my house at 10:10, and completed the repair by 10:30. He patiently explained the issue to me and also how to prevent it from happening again. Contacted Axis through a recommendation from a friend to do remediation prior to selling our house. The gentleman who showed up was prompt and courteous. He went re-reviewed the list of repairs that were needed with me and patiently detailed what he planned to do to address each item. He finished the list (8 items of varying complexity) in approximately 1.5 hours). Upon completion, he walked me through all the repairs on all 3 floors of the house. Once he was certain everything had been satisfactorily been completed he presented the bill and walked me through each item / charge. To top it all off, the bill was less than I'd anticipated. I will likely be a return customer should the need arise.

Had a water heater go bad on Sunday and they took care of replacing on Monday. Great process from the first call to the receptionist on Sunday and the professional that installed and solved the problem Monday. I would highly recommend them and use again if needed.

My toilet stopped flushing/filling properly and another was running constantly. Hal, came out within less than an hour and ended up repairing 3 toilets (all 3 fill valves and flaps were all pretty worn down). Hal, was professional, friendly and I enjoyed talking to him. He made sure everything was working properly, took video of his work and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Ease Plumbing, if you need work done!

CK Plumbing recently replaced my hot water heater. Of the 4 plumbers I contacted CK plumbing provided the lowest total price on the job. They were able to come out the next day after contacting them and install the water heater. They got the job done in a little over an hour and have had no problems so far with their work. Really pleased with the whole experience.

Wow what great service! We had an issue with the plumbing under the kitchen sink. James Coates came out that same day and was very professional. He repaired the issue quickly. We later had a small leak develop and he can right back to fix that. We are very happy with their service and highly recommend them.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.
