Such a friendly, HONEST person. A big corporate plumping company came out and told us we needed an $800 repair STAT. Mike came out and could have easily said yea you need that repair but I can do it for $650 (or something) and pocketed the cash. But instead he said, “no. You do not need that repair.” And he didn’t even charge us for the visit. We immediately made him our regular plumber and had him detect leaks, fix our toilet in one bathroom, and install a new toilet in another. No issues afterwards. They don’t make ‘em like him anymore. A lot of home repair companies will try to lie to trusting customers Bc they think they can get away with it. It’s so hard to find honest, genuine help. Mikes your guy for sure!

I found Axis plumbing after doing some of my own internet research. Basically had used another firm to roughly diagnose what was going on with my house water system. Started with a hot water tank but quickly we focused on the real problem -- house pressure control valve. They replaced it timely and without issues. Competitive and fair pricing. I really felt like I was in the hands of a professional that was invested in just doing what is right, able to give some discounts, but took pride in what they were doing and expected to get rightly paid for that. In short, I guarantee that you might find cheaper options, know you can find more expensive, but if you want reliability, trust, confidence, a decent price -- you have found the right company. I will be using them again here shortly to proactively swap out a hot water tank before it leaves me in the lurch. Good luck with your own repairs.

This company showed up on time and replaced a mixing valve for a shower. They were very friendly and very professional. The repair was completed in a timely and competent manner. When I needed an adjustment almost a year later within that warranty period they answered the phone promptly and came back within a few days as agreed. They made the additional adjustments to my satisfaction with no additional charges. In an era when it is so difficult to find someone you can trust and is professional and honors their warranty, this company checks all those boxes. Kyle and his assistant did a great job to replace my broken heater. They arrived on time and finished the work promptly. At the end, they also gave me advices on how to operate the tank and how to regularly drain the tank to prolong its lifetime. Highly recommended.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.
