The whole team at Michael and Son's has been great. From the 2 gentlemen that helped install our new ductwork and HVAC unit to the finance leaders to the admins that helped schedule our appointments. One in particular stood out, Mike Glavin. His professionalism, knowledge of water heaters, wells, plumbing and water filtration was extremely helpful in our decision making. He was on time, courteous, listened and answered my questions and fulfilled all of our concerns above satisfaction. Working with Raleigh Water Heater Guys was fantastic! They were responsive and performed great work. I used them to replace my hot water heater and they managed with doing that in a tight space in a closet. I live in a new construction neighborhood and Cecil Davis is our point of contact in case of issues. I have called dozens of times to get updates on when someone might come out and fix a water leak and am told by the receptionist I'll let the boss know. I have contacted them multiple times for an issue at my meter and water running down the street. This most recent time it was found that it was on the Town of Apex side of the meter, but they still have not informed me of this! I found out from my builder two days after it was looked at and hundreds of gallons of water have run down the street at my expense. Do not use this Plumber if you like to know what is happening! This is your warning.

I asked Poole's Plumbing to come out and see how I can get hot water quicker to my master bathroom. It was taking two minutes for hot water to reach the bathroom.

We discussed different ideas and ended up going with the Grundfos Comfort System. This system is working great. It circulates the water so I have immediate warm water at in my master bathroom.

The service techs were very polite, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job.

EMERGENCY INSTALL: Had new waterline installed from Aqua Mainline after line-break on older home property. Words do not express the normal frustration trying to get something like this fixed.

Westover came to my rescue quickly and professionally, going beyond the call… The fellows on the job were so friendly and helpful. I definitely will be using Westover services again for new Hot Water Heater and home plumbing improvements.

I had a hot water issue when the temperature was very low a few days ago. Called them to scheduled a checkup the same day. Only a couple of hours later, Bob from the company called, and asked me several simple questions, and told me it was a frozen pipe problem. He even told me how to fix it. No charge at all. Very helpful and very professional. Highly recommended!

Very satisfied with the work they did for me. I had a complicated issue, they were able to figure out the root cause of my issue quickly. They worked hard, quickly and had everything working with in a couple hours. Though what I needed done was expensive, compared to other quotes they were very reasonable . Would recommend and would call again.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.
