5th company out to do the work on what turned out to be a faulty previous patch job on my main sewer line. 6 months/ 3 backups and the city working on the street side issue later, and I now have working plumbing at an absolute fraction of the price other companies quoted. Next day service, on time, professional, personable, no hidden fees, went above and beyond from start to finish. Cannot recommend enough.

I had been getting hints that I had to do something about cleaning out the septic system for months. It was my fault that it caved. It was horrible! There was no way we could live with the results. I called River City Environmental and they came to the rescue. The staff and customer service there are all real professionals. You are not left in the dark about anything.

I requested a sewer/water line specialist through Angies List due to a water leak. Rob from PDX Sewer Solutions called withing 10 minutes after the request and even came out that late afternoon to look at the problem. There was a break in the water line that runs from the meter to the house. It was a pretty large leak. I received the estimate later that evening and I hired Rob. He gave the job priority due to the severity of the leak. Rob and his helper, Ty, were on the job two mornings later. They were on-time both days they were on the job. Rob kept me in the loop of his findings and anything else that he was concerned about. After the job, Rob and Ty put my yard back together, spread grass seed, cleaned up the dirt and sprayed the mud off the sidewalks. It looks as if nothing had happened, other than the grass less spots in my yard. I highly recommend PDX Sewer Solutions to fix your sewer/water needs. I will definitely utilize there services again. Quick to come out and nice.

I made an appointment on Friday for them to come the following Monday and they required me to book within a 4 hour window. Despite all the lead time and long window they were still unable to make this first appointment so I had to come back from a trip early and wait for 4 hours only for them to cancel within 30 minutes of the window ending.They did reschedule for the next day and made that appointment within the 4 hour window, but it is very expensive for 10 minutes of work and I would have appreciated some better notice when they missed the first appointment. Don't recommend

Mr. Tucker Troelstrup and Mr John Fry were outstanding. I had 2 projects that i reviewed with them. Each guy tackled a project and they were finished in no time. It was a treat to get things fixed, correctly.

Clark County Plumbing did a major leak repair that I had underneath my house from a bathroom renovation. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. They provide superior custom service at a very reasonable price. We had the pleasure of working with Daunte and his partner (can't remember his name), they gave me options I could work with, communicated very clearly, professional and very prompt. I had bad experiences with the other plumbing companies in my area and this company was professional and did the work quickly with no hassle. They are now my go to plumbers and I will recommend them to others and will have them back to work on other projects I have. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable trustworthy plumber.

Brandon wasn't the best communicator. I was getting confused and his continued response was right he immediately diagnosed the a/c motor as needed to be replaced because of the sound it was making. I said are you 100% sure and he said yes. $870 to remove and replace. The system needed to be charged with refrigerant approximately 4lbs of refrigerant at $188 per lb. So I paid the $119 diagnostic fee. I decided to call another company and find out if what I've been told and quoted sounds correct. The guy I spoke with had serious questions about the motor and said the cost of refrigerant was out of line. He sent a technician out the next day and I saved over a $1000 because once they charged the system the motor noise went away. Also they only charge $73 per lb for refrigerant. I feel like central air and heating is only about getting theirs at the customer's expense. You asked for me to write a review so I did, otherwise I wouldn't have.

I used this company five years ago to replace my hot water tank and was super happy with the price and service. That was then... I called in early June because I needed some plumbing work done and was told they were very busy, so it would probably be July before they could do it and they'd call back with a date. Didn't happen, so I called back. Maybe August, but please send us a photo of your faucet. I did. Nothing, so I called back and heard about how busy they were but that they'd get back to me ASAP. It's now the last day of September. If this is how a returning customer is treated, well, you might want to think twice or three times about doing business with them.
