Isaac was very knowledgeable and provided me with options for the replacement including a full replacement same day.While I am going to think over what size and model are right for our family, I definitely recommend this business.UPDATE: I contacted a “large home improvement store” and in talking with their installer, learned that the Rheem 12-year is “the equivalent” of the Bradford White 6-year. Their cost was within 10% of 3Mountain’s once I added own the “extras” of permits, and earthquake-proofing.That made it a no brainer. A slight premium for a local company that treats its employees well that uses American manufactured water heater is worth it every timeGreat experience. Quick install that was next day. Isaac was knowlegable, answering a bunch of questions from me and clearly care about doing quality work. Super duper recommend.Also - the water heater that was replaced was a 26year old Bradford White. Original to the home. I can’t imagine it was premium anything. I look forward to this new one making it a quarter century or more with some annual flushes.

There really aren't words to describe the all-around professionalism of this team. I wish I could mirror them in my own business. I sought multiple quotes from multiple plumbers that do in-depth Sewer line installation and connection, including permit submission for a very, very complex municipal entity that was extremely difficult to work with. The other 4 local plumbers were Not even close in my mind, SRS was Hands down the only choice, and they followed thru the entire project with perfection. The owner was very responsive in site visit and quote, patient in working this project over many months, ON Top if it once permits accepted, and their team was Quick to jump in and get the work done in under 72 hours leaving NO MESS, NO headache for me to clean up. They even quickly returned once a permit needed 1 more step complete, and again left NO MESS. My wife and are are beyond appreciative, and I only wish I had more plumbing problems so I could enjoy their kind demeanor and professional Crew and foremen. If you don't contact them, you're fully missing out on the Best Experience possible for plumbing and underground sewer work. I cannot imagine any way they could have done better.

They came out to re-route some plumbing for us that came up during a kitchen remodel. My kitchen sink was severely clogged not only did they take care of the clog they fixed my pipes that were under the sink that were leaking I have dogs that they were very kind to. We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.

Our hot water heater died. Central Air sent out Ryan who was friendly and professional. He assessed the issue and gave us several options. Then he did the work quickly and well. Would use them again!

We had to get our whole house repiped. I got several bids but most plumbers aren't big enough to do a whole house repipe or had too many extra steps to follow. The biggest plumber in the area who is used to getting all the bids wasn't forthcoming with all the information we needed to make a decision, and I felt bullied and pushed into doing more work than was actually needed (replacing piping that didn't need to be replaced that would have added $3,500 to the price of the job). Power Plumbing came referred by a friend, and I could tell they were different by how thorough the person was who came out to do the estimate. He went into the crawl space and inspected the whole house, noting precisely what did and didn't need to be replaced, so that he could do an accurate bid. While the bid wasn't lower in price, we felt like if anything went wrong while in the middle of the huge job, they would deal with it honestly, so we chose them.

The job took an entire week. Every day we left the house for work, during the day, the plumbers came in and worked while we were gone and were gone by the time we got home. Our water service was not interrupted during the time we were in the house. They also cleaned up after themselves like they weren't there at all, which was especially important because the entry to the crawl space is in my child's room and her room looked the same as how she left it.

A few years back we had had rodents in our crawl space; the guys found a bunch of dead ones in traps and one day took a bag and cleared them all out and basically cleaned our crawl space for us while they were working, as well.

Other plumbers stated that this type of job punches a bunch of holes in our drywall to get to the pipes but the plumbers only opened up one section of drywall behind the washer and did the rest through the crawl space, which I can imagine was more difficult than just going through the walls in the house. The damage to the walls was small enough and not in a visible location, so my husband can replace it without us needing to bring in someone to repair and paint a bunch of holes in the drywall. Other plumbers giving estimates had talked about us needing to bring tile people out to cut through tile so they could access the pipes, creating hundreds if not thousands of dollars more in damage just to get the basic work done.

Overall it was surprising how easy this major work was on our family and I was very happy with the choice to use Power Plumbing.
