Very fast response time. Easy signup online. Great service at my house. Tony got a tough blockage out and Steven scoped the line from the house to the sewer to check for other concerns. Both explained everything very well as they went along and were super nice guys. I would absolutely use 3 Mountains again.

David and his crew installed about 100ft of new sewer line for us using bursting technique to replace badly deteriorated orangeburg pipe.

We got a response to our bid request within a day. The bid was the lowest we received.

David consistently picked up by the third ring or answered my texts within a few minutes every time throughout the process. Everything was done on the promised dates or earlier. My personal online calendar was updated with start times and who on his crew would be responsible for the various aspects of the job. Really efficient.

He shifted his schedule to fit us in to meet our real estate closing date, even to the extent of showing up on Sunday afternoon to get a head start. In spite of a couple of challenges they were all done and cleaned up the next day. By end of day I had a confirmation sewer scope video, was billed and paid the balance of the bill online.

And he has a competent, friendly crew - just nice guys that got the job done. They tolerated my curiosity well.

A quick update: The city inspected the sewer this morning (day after work completion). I was watching the inspector walking away after the inspection when David's email with the inspection sign-off report landed in my inbox, An inspection report within 5 minutes of sign-off! This guy is organized!

I ALMOST GOT BURNED! The only good thing about Pipeline Plumbing (Lake Oswego) is that Darla (office assistant) was helpful in responding. She promptly dispatched an apprentice plumber (Grant) to fix our toilet, but his visit ($125 assessment fee) was truly a waste of money – talk about flushing money down the drain! He quoted $570 to fix the toilet’s shutoff valve and fill valve and said that nothing is wrong with the flush handle (it was obviously loose). My wife quickly called George Morlan Pumbling Supply in Tigard to get an unbiased third party opinion about pricing. GMPS assured her that with such amount we could have paid for labor to install an entirely new toilet, and the material costs only about $25. Not wanting to lose my $125, I tried to negotiate the price, but was flatly refused. Thus I paid the $125 fee, cause I don’t like to be blackmailed, by anyone, let alone a plumber.
Then I called another plumber (Greg from Premier Plumbing). Without much drama, he arrived within an hour, replaced the fill valve, fixed the flush handle, and inspected the shutoff valve (which worked just fine) for a much more reasonable price of $200. Judge for yourself.

These guys were so nice, informative and organized! They had a can do attitude!

Brant, Randy and Nick had great customer service and where very professional with a sense of humor. They did an excellent job re-piping a duplex. They were great at communication with tenants on when and where they would have water each day. They took the time to plan out and discuss options to minimize the number of walls to be opened. Initially worked with Rick to get a bid on the re-piping. He fully explained what was required and options. He also provided contacts for contractors they work with for tiling and electrically that were required for the project.

Left this on Yelp, too, but just want to get the word out on a great plumber: Had a great experience with Steve Ackerman (the son)! Called with a leak issue (from the ceiling), and while they couldn't work me in for a couple of days initially, they called back shortly after the same day when they had a cancellation. Steve arrived when he said he would, was polite, personable, and thorough. He tried to minimize the damage he had to do to the drywall to find the cause of the leak, and he explained every step of the way. It required another trip out to the house to get everything resolved (to allow time for drying of wet wood), but he was efficient, thorough, and left my house even a bit cleaner than when he arrived. Nice guy, obviously very knowledgeable about what he does, and he gave great advice. I will DEFINITELY use him if I ever need a plumber again.

Had some re-plumbing done today by Tim Rowe. He did a great job at a fair price. If you're looking for an experienced plumber that does a great job, I highly recommend Tim. I'll definitely be using him again.
