Mr. Rooter replaced our failed sewer line about two years ago. They said they would backfill with gravel as I requested, and haul the dirt away. They said that was standard procedure for them.Their craftsmanship was mediocre, they backfilled with the dirt they removed from the hole, putting the clay from deep in the hole on the surface. I didn't make an issue of it at the time, I was glad to have our sewer working again.Today I called and asked for specific advice about our sewer pump... They don't give advice, only charges - $69.00 to tell me what they would charge to install a new pump.Thanks

My neighbors called this company but for some reason they're blocking my driveway and when I came out to ask the driver to move the car he told me he'd be leaving in a few minutes anyway and then just walked away and disappeared. I said I needed to be able to get out of my driveway soon and I am not convinced that that matters to anyone. Furthermore I don't even see the necessity for blocking my driveway.

We are extremely happy with the entire experience with Crown Plumbing! To begin they actually answered phone when I called. Then he actually called to see if he could start a half day early. The work was professional and the cost was much less than I expected! I’ll be a returning customer.

When looking for repairs to you home honesty is the most important thing. I have done business with him three different times in less than a year. He has always taken time for me and delivered on what he said he would do.

We had a plumbing pipe break on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately, the water wrecked a ceiling on the 1st floor, which we had to do some sheetrock repairs too. We called Best Portland Plumbers and they came right out and fixed the plumbing issue. Their prices were fair, and the plumber got the work done very quickly. Hopefully I do not have to use them again, or it is under better circumstances. Broken pipes are no fun.

I called to help solve a blocked sewer line, and was quoted $550 for the job. However, I'm now out $550 and my problem was not resolved. While the service was prompt, the technician was courteous, I can't help but feel disappointed that quote did not achieve what I was expecting. I would've appreciated a much more detailed breakdown of what was/wasn't covered in the initial bid, or more in-depth analysis of the problem before the technician performed the work. I does me know good to have part of my main sewer line cleaned if I still can't use the water in my house. The toughest piece to swallow is that I was given a 1 month estimate as to when they would be able to resolve the issue.

I just had a very poor interaction with the owner, not the crew of this company. My entire house is being remodeled after buying it and finding out that the flip company did poor work and therefore all the plumbing and a large majority of the house needs to be replaced or fixed. Very upsetting ordeal. I currently only have a bathroom sink and toilets working. A crew came out and quoted us and the employee that came out was greatly t! Very knowledgeable and understanding to our situation. Their quote came back the highest out of four we got in the area. But, we still decided to call them back and see when they could start the job given his employees knowledge and character. The owner told me the majority of his crew was sick and they could not start the job for 2 weeks, but would call me back if he thought his crew could start sooner so we could finalize things. After calling several other companies to see when they could start, one company (Beaverton Plumbing) could start the soonest and was the most inexpensive and their staff scheduling us were very nice and accommodating. Paul called me back today 6 days later, and asked when I could sign his proposal. I simply told him since all our plumbing has been out for some time we had to hire a company that could start sooner. This instantly enraged him and he began to berate me about how much I had inconvenienced him and including telling me off about not hiring them. I was shocked and apologized and told him the situation to which he interrupted me and implied me my apology was useless.
Right now I am glad I did not choose this company just because the owners attitude and I am glad they never started work. Being a small business owner myself I would never talk to a customer that way and I too have to make lots of estimates and often I invest more work then I would like just to get turned down or have a customer choose someone else over me, but I would never yell or demean a customer for doing this and vent my frustrations on them. This is apart of the business and given that I did not hear back for over 5 days, have an immense amount of stress and work on my house, and the owner could not start sooner so I can eat, shower, and live in my new house, I cannot wrap my head around his behavior and will not be recommending this company given the fact that if he had not acted this way I would have used them in the future and happily recommended his employees. Owner seems to have some anger issues that should not be passed on to people looking to hire him and with the ability to review him.

We have used Pacific Crest on and off over the years and always get excellent service. We recently had Nick out to take care of a plugged bathtub drain and he was quick and efficient as always. We also appreciate how he always takes the time to answer any other questions we have and is professional and easy going.

Great people (his wife Anna runs the office) and always very nice to deal with!

We had a great experience with Meticulous and a full re-pipe job. Joey and Coleton did a great job with the onsite work keeping us informed and beating their expected schedule. Linda and Anne were very helpful from their main office answering questions and getting everything set up. Communication was great and the work was well planned and executed. There was an issue with a subcontractor but Meticulous stepped up and made it right. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend them.

We had a water leak that was dripping through my closet ceiling from our upstairs bathtub. We called Rowe Plumbing, they put us on the list for the afternoon and someone would come by to look and give an estimate if they became available. Dustin came by a short time later, checked out the problem and said it wasn’t a pipe, but, it turned out to be the bathtub spout! It was leaking when it was turned on. He put in new O-rings and fixed the leaking! No more water coming out by the pipe! Dustin was friendly, knowledgeable and Charged us a very fair flat rate. We will set up an appointment with him to install a faucet on the side of our house for a drip system. We appreciate Rowe Plumbing for getting the job done so fast and fair pricing! Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
