One Friday afternoon, I came home to a slow drip from my water heater. By Saturday morning I had a bigger and better water heater, beautifully installed, for a good bit less than what the big stores wanted to charge. On top of the fast turnaround, fair price, quality tank, and professional install -- on a weekend no less, Joe was a pleasure to deal with. The whole process was downright enjoyable, and made me glad to support another great local business.

I sent a message to Sutherland Plumbing and Ti came out the same day to review what was going on with my main water line. He was super friendly and explained what was going on and what he would need to do to resolve the leak on the main water line. He sent me a bid with in an hour of finishing up at my house and his team was able to get me scheduled in for the following week.

When Ti and his team came out, they did a great job replacing the water line. They completed the job in the time frame they scheduled. Once they finished they cleaned the driveway, put everything back in its proper place and showed and explained all the work they did. It was a great experience. I’m looking forward to working with Sutherland Plumbing again in the future.

Terry Massey Plumbing was the first company I called. He came out the next day to give me an estimate on replumbing my house. While he was here he listened to my frustrations and fixed my kitchen faucet, bathroom sinks and showers. I HAVE WATER PRESSURE NOW! He was very kind and professional. They were the first to call about our need for service. They were professional courteous covid concerned. They were the most reasonable quote allowing for senior discount and cash discount. Saved us almost 300$ from the next service estimate. Installed a gas hot water heater. Then cleaned up the area and answered many question. Would certainly use them for any new problem. Excellent.

I have to call Diligent Plumbing for what I thought was a leaky toilet. It turned out that it was still good. I am so pleased with Diligent Plumbing’s honesty and reliability. He wouldn’t rip you off just for him to get the job. He will explain to you what’s going on with your toilet and give you advice on what you can do. I cannot speak more highly of Burfitt Plumbing! We have worked with Alan and William at two of our homes on various projects. They have quick response time and great communication. They are very knowledgeable and fairly priced, so we recommend them to all of our friends.

Our piping under our sink seemed to be leaking after we self-installed a garbage disposal. Rick came and did a thorough inspection. We chose to replace our faucet and Rick confirmed all other piping was snug! Will definitely use the company in the future. (We have two homes on one large property.)

Very poor workmanship, failed to connect drains to sewer line, failed 3 final inspections, scratched new tub, left gaps around finish piping, left foam residue on new tile floor. I would not recommend hiring this company.

Happy’s Plumbing did over $6,000 of work at our home on two separate projects. We currently do not have a labor warranty on their work and reached out to them after 18 months to take a look at an issue with the first project where a 12’ steel vent pipe they cut was not secured properly and the ABS pipe below it was bearing the brunt of its weight, contorting the plumbing lines beneath it. See attached pictures. They told us they will not come out because they make no money fixing things for us. This is a critical issue that needs attention, and they will not take responsibility. Don’t hire them unless you want to work with a company that doesn’t believe in fixing its mistakes and blames the customer for being difficult.

They have had to return to our home before to fix a leaking main shut off valve and to correct their poorly installed water heater connection after a $4,000+ project to replace all our steel water supply lines with PEX. Even then, their ownership had issues fixing their mistakes while the work was still under warranty.

I want to warn future customers against working with Happy’s Plumbing. They are not customer friendly and have an aversion to detail and fixing issues they caused.
