We utilized this company for a real estate transaction and they were able to scope out the sewers. However, when we asked them to also scope the rain drains we did not hear anything for several days. When we asked for a report they sent us a blurry hand drawn photo. After repeated requests for a report I finally called the office manager Cindi. Cindi did not know how to upload videos via e-mail nor had she checked any of her recent company e-mails. At this point David decided to very rudely respond back to myself and our realtor. Take your business elsewhere.

I had a great experience with Sutherland Plumbing. Sean was able to quickly diagnose the problem and the fix. It turned out to be something relatively simple and his solution likely saved me hundreds of dollars. I will definitely be using them again.

These folks came out to do an assessment and quote for my home warranty company. I'm giving 4 stars despite their astronomical quote which was almost 3x what another company quoted for the exact same job (total re-plumb of my 700 sq ft house) because the person I dealt with, Dustin, was on time, polite, had a positive attitude, and they did what they said they would do with no nudging needed by me. I'm not able to afford their services, but if I had the money, I would go with them because they seem competent and like they actually want to do their jobs, which is weirdly hard to find in Portland-area contractors.

I can't say enough great things about Burfitt Plumbing! I had multiple plumbing issues that I had been putting off - nervous about what the cost would be. One of the issues was my water heater, not generating enough hot water anymore. My neighbor had the same issue around the same time, and his plumber replaced the whole water heater. Burfitt was able to just replace the bottom heating unit - saving me hundreds of dollars. The technician also took care of a leaky pipe that was attached to the garbage disposal and my broken bathroom drain plug. All this taken care of quickly, professionally and inexpensively and on a Saturday to boot! I wish I would have called sooner!

Andrew was my plumber. He treated me right ....... an honest guy. I thought that I needed to replace my garbage disposal. Andrew looked it over .............. tightened some fittings and tested it out. Total fix and at a fare price.

We had a main line break between the meter & our house at night. Nick came out the next day to look at the job, gave an estimate and came out when he got the needed supplies to fix our problem. He was honest, timely and we will call again if we need plumbing services. He helped us out about 5 years ago with a job so we called him first thing.

Our tenant called us because there was water dripping into the kitchen from the upstairs tub and we needed to get someone out there quickly to fix it. We called Meticulous Plumbing and they were able to get out there fast to take care of the problem. The plumber called our tenant and scheduled everything with him and then called us to let us know what the problem was and give us an estimate to fix it. They completed the work quickly and the price was fair. I would highly recommend them if you're ever in need of a plumber.

Worst customer service. Brittany at the front desk knows nothing about the company or how it works and will tell you that before hanging up on you. You would think employees would have some knowledge on a company they work for? Talked to Tim after who says no receptionist knows about the company they are working for. Very poor ran business.

They have increased their staffing so that I was seen within 4 hours.

The actual experience with installation was great, but communication prior to the install was spotty at best. Texting was the only thing that worked when asking questions, as voice mail and email were not responded to. Also price was padded to cover what would be needed in a city environment, and as we were in the country, many of the permits, inspections, and locations were not needed, but we were charged for them anyway. The job was bid to take 7 hours and only took two, so I know we WAY overpaid . But the installation guys were great, and we are very pleased with the outcome.

Axiom was able to install a new trenchless water line to replace our leaking one within three days of giving us an estimate. The price was about 35 percent less than 3 Mountain, the work was solid, and the workers were right on time.
