We had a blockage in the drain for our bathroom sink that was worsened by DRANO (the devil’s liquid to old metal pipes) and caused a leak. After days of frustration with home snaking of the drain, we called for an in-home consultation. They were on time, professional, friendly to our pets, and clean! They took extra care to clean up any small mess they made and they changed boot covers multiple times. They were also transparent about costs and explained everything well. We are waiting for a plumber to replace pipes in the basement but I’m sure we will like them too!

I've hired these guys twice now, and they're just great. Not only are they professional and fix the problem, but from the first call in to the office, to job done, they've acted like I was the most important job they had going. They're good, they're very pleasant, they clean up after themselves really well and even have company booties they wear in your house, and they'll fix quick, miscellaneous, plumbing issues elsewhere, leaving your home in perfect plumbing order. Hire them.

Tyrone and his assistant (didn’t get his name) were great to work with. Explained what needed to be done and about how long it would take. In and out in a timely manner and were both personable and professional.

Bryan, came to our house to unclog our kitchen sink drain. He was promptly on time, courteous, and very professional. Not only did he unclog our sink drain but he also checked for other potential issues. Thank you Bryan and Pipeline Plumbing.

The service from Bruner was great. Not only did they return my call in the same day, they were able to schedule someone to be onsite quite quickly. Justin was efficient & thorough. While I hope I won't need to, Bruner Plumbing will be my first call should I need plumbing services again.

The repairman was very professional and performed the job of unclogging my toilet quite quickly. I would use Roto- Rooter again if other plumbing problems occur.

Vitaliy located the leak and then provided several options for fixing it. He was very responsive and good at communicating with me. He arrived when he said he would and had us fixed within the hour.

Horrible, over-priced, extremely rude customer service!
I hired a plumber to re-connect all our under sink pipes, after we removed the sink to re-do our counters. The technician (William) was extremely rude the entire time he was in my home. When I noticed the water to the dishwasher and the water filter wasn't working, he told me he had connected the pipes he was supposed to and that turning on the water wasn't part of his job. After he connected everything, one of the pipes was leaking (which I don't believe it was previously) instead of admitting error in the reconnection process, he decided I needed a new pipe, which he promptly charged me an additional $99 for (it took him 5 minutes max to install) The price turned out to be by the job, rather than the hour (like all the other plumbers I called) Where most plumbers were $85/hr and the job took 1.5hrs, I paid $337 total (the equivalent of nearly 4 hours! It would have been one thing to be overcharged, but to be treated so rudely in my own home was totally unprofessional and unnecessary!

The team showed up and completed the whole house within 8 hours. Enrique showed up 1st and immediately began digging the water main. Gaven & Jason showed up with Greg and everyone immediately got to work. They made sure to keep our house was kept clean and worked together perfectly! They explained the process and what they were doing the whole time! The inspector was happy with their work and we passed inspection! Thanks again to Deanna (scheduler), Enrique, Gaven, Jason, & Greg! My shower this morning was awesome! I actually had water pressure!

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.

I called and they said they are not taking any new appointments this summer. So if I could put zero stars I would.

I was worried when I read reviews but had no choice since they are who our Home Warranty service chose. But Zach (the first guy to come out to check out the problem) was great, professional and knowledgeable, answered all our questions clearly. And then the two guys who came out to do the installation were great as well. We were relieved and pleased.
