Jeff, his crew, and the office staff did a GREAT job from start to finish with our Navien hot water heater & putting in a new line for our circulating pump-- they solved and corrected a problematic attempt made by a prior handyman which had left us with a mess of tangled pipes and tubes but inconsistent hot water. They were easy to communicate with, made an accurate & thorough assessment of the issue, gave us several reasonable options, answered all our questions, and then coordinated with the demo company needed for the in-wall access. The job was done quickly, tidily, and effectively! Crew was friendly and did an organized & professional job (and cleaned up their work space perfectly). Everything was completed 100% as we hoped, in an efficient time frame, and for a very reasonable cost (exactly in line with their original estimate). We are happy to finally have normal hot water access in our kitchen and bath again! Would hire them again anytime & they will be my first call for any future plumbing needs.

We love working with the folks at Bruner and have done so for many years (exclusively). This is a top notch company with top notch people who do top notch work. They are just a bunch of really good, hardworking people who are down to earth, honest and reliable. This Mr.Rooter. I by far worst Plumbing co around. My grandma has used them for years. As far back as I can remember. She has a sewer line problem. So she called Mr.Rooter Portland for the job. The came out did a camera view down pipes stating 30ft of sewer line need an be replaced. Quoted $6000+ for the job. My grandma lives off social security so I will be paying for plumbing. So I had 3 different quotes/Bids. Another Company came out to the location ran a camera down the drain explaining the pipe was only clogging in a 2ft section as everything else was new pipes would not need be replaced. Costing a huge fraction less than bid from Mr.Rooter. So the job went from 30ft to 2ft. Needing whole yard dug up etc... when in reality I can dig the pipe which is 2ft underground an replace 2ft part pipe. Instead of Mr.Rooter coming out an digging up whole yard with excavator. Rediculous that big companies such as this think they can get away with jobs such as this. I hope this review's changes alot of minds about this company because we will not be having any work done by this company for now on.

I had a plumber come out for a non-emergency slow leak, and they were able to get to me very quickly. They came out just a few days after my call and the plumber was very polite and professional. Also very fast! The job was done in no time and cost very little. I was very pleased with their service and will definitely call them again if something comes up.

I have never experienced such a horrible person when contacting this company. He was rude and condescending and literally told me how dare I reach out to him on a holiday weekend. If you cannot deal with customers, regardless of the date, find a receptionist who knows how to speak to people with respect and dignity or maybe wait till your precious holiday weekend is over to return a phone call. I will not use this company again strictly based on how I was spoken to. I don't know who you are to the company but you should learn to speak to people like an adult.
