We've used 3Mountains for all of our plumbing upgrades or repairs for close to ten years now and they are always knowledgeable, professional and get the job done correct and timely. We had a small issue with one of the pipes - Klint came out and examined, repaired, came up with a better plumbing solution - all of this was covered under their warranty - a refreshing surprise that is hard to find these days. Showed up right on time, did a very thorough job. Reasonably priced.

An old plastic shut-off valve got stuck halfway through, its handle cracked. No way to open, no turning. Not repairable, just cut out and replace, but because it was sitting right next to the wall, one has to go to the crawlspace and put a longer chunk of pipe too. Not a problem for Gary with Precision. Now I can enjoy the shower and not wait for the washing machine nor toilet to stop refilling. Probably more important: with the new brass valve I can reliably shut off the water any time. Bob Nichols was courteous, prompt at returning my calls and professional. He was able to fix all 3 of my plumbing problems in an hour, charging a very reasonable rate. I am very pleased with Nichols Plumbing and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a local plumber.

Easy to deal with, even during the shutdown times. Good prices. I had a best effort furnace quote during the plague. When they came on site, they noted the furnace didn’t need to be as big as quoted, installed smaller, I paid less and it works great. Only issues I’ve had with them were of the times: lockdown delays with inspections, supply chain delays, etc aka not their fault and they did their best to work around and accommodate to help things go as smooth as they could.

I have requested my own scope creep a few times talking with them ie, oh, you can do that? Every time there was a clear estimate provided and agreed to before doing the extra work and it was at my request, not them selling me on extras.

I would and have used them again.

Keza was our plumber today and might I say he had amazing customer service and was very friendly and understanding but what we found out after was he was telling our landlord a whole different story aside from what he was telling us. Very disappointed with the two faced treatment..

Tim was nice enough but REALLY? $185 to snake a drain? He arrived at 2:30 and was pretty much done by 3:15 but took 10-15 minutes to write up the invoice. Then said he charged me for 20 minutes of driving on top of the hourly rate of $120 an hour for a total of $150 labor. Plus $35 dollars for a pop-up. They cost about $10. I didn't ask him to replace it. I had a basket in there which I choose to use to catch debris. My drain was already disassembled when he arrived and he didn't need to trouble shoot the problem. I didn't have a leak in my p-trap before he did the work but when he reassembled it he tightened one of the rings too tight and now it
leaks. SO I have to go buy another one. I'm not so happy about this service today. I feel like because I'm a woman he took advantage of me.

These guys are AWESOME. We've had them out a few times for a couple of repairs and the whole team is on point. They are and will continue to be our go-to for all plumbing needs and we are thankful for them.

After calling a half dozen fire sprinkler system businesses and another half dozen plumbing businesses, Rose City Plumbing was the only one willing to come out and take a look at my leaking residential fire sprinkler system. My system uses PEX tubing; a common plumbing material. Miguel came out twice to fix two leaks that occurred about a week apart. He was on time and did high quality work. Rose City Plumbing's prices are very reasonable. I can't say they are cheap or expensive because no one else was willing to take the job or even give me an estimate. I'm a satisfied customer and happy with every penny I spent. I will be calling Rose City Plumbing for all my home plumbing needs in the future.

I work for a property management company and I had to ask Lovett plumbing to come out for a problem that was affecting an entire building after 6pm on a Sunday. They let me know they would send someone out and he would arrive within two hours. Anthony arrived after only one hour and immediately got to work. He had the problem solved that night and set us up with remediation the same night before leaving, didn't complain once and was professional and kind. Thanks for sending Anthony, Lovett!

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company. They installed a water heater and missed one detail. Trying to get someone out to correct it involved being on hold for hours and being hung up on a couple of times.
I waited for 5 hours for a technician. It was a no show. After I called back they said the part was back ordered. Nobody let me know that throughout the day while I was waiting. HUH???
Do not waste your time with a 2nd rate company like this.

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
