They went above and beyond the scope of the project. It was a complimentary scoping of our sewer line. Had a really hard time finding access to the sewer line. They never gave up for finding a way into the line. Once a way was figured out it all came together. Very impressed with Jeff and his coworker. Definitely would recommend 3 Mountains Plumbing.

Reasonably priced good service

They showed up late. Their equipment didn't work. They had to come back out and tried to charge me extra. They offered a partial refund but instead charged my card again. They sent video through the mail, and the video is such low quality I am surprised they found a camera that bad. How do you not have the ability to send video online? Every step of this transaction has been a slog.

These men are absolute ANGELS!!! We had a plumbing disaster. Main sewer line was broke and it was just a mess!!! Rob, Tai, and Robbie came to the rescue. They were beyond amazing. It at one point seemed to be unrepairable but Rob is clearly more than a master at his craft. I’m still in Awe at the work that was done. But what I’m most thankful for and astonished by is the true honesty this company withholds. When you have a MASIVE problem with plumbing you’ll do just about anything to get it fixed. Rob is a stand up guy. Honest, real and genuinely wanted to fix the problem. And HE did! He did it quick, clean and to perfection. And he was HONEST!! I can’t thank you men enough for what you did for my family. Honestly from the bottom of this momma’s heart THANK YOU!!! I’d give you 100 stars if I could.

Mario was wonderful! He was able to help fix a leaking pipe a few days before Christmas and the water was coming into my basement. I was so grateful for his professionalism and his scheduling. He was so quick. He was on time and the water has stopped leaking. Yeah! His confidence in his work and the reputation from the person who recommended him really shows. I would hire him again. On time, effective, and helpful

Mr. Tucker Troelstrup and Mr John Fry were outstanding. I had 2 projects that i reviewed with them. Each guy tackled a project and they were finished in no time. It was a treat to get things fixed, correctly.

I had an urgent need to scope the inside waste line in my building. Called Steve at AAA. He sent Austin out in 1 hour. Austin was personable yet professional. He was quick, efficient, and obviously knew what he was doing. He's an interesting person and I learned a lot, too. I also had him look at a portion of the exterior line that I was told (by a different scope company) was damaged and needed repair (which they would of course do for thousands of dollars). That turned out to be false -- it looked great. Thank you Steve and Austin - you are a rare example of awesome service, quality work and ethical practices.

I called looking for help with a very clogged tub - the water wasn't draining at all - and it had been several days. The fact that they did not charge to come out and look/give me an estimate offered me a sigh of relief. Others whom I had called charged a substantial fee just to show up - and while I understand why they do that, it was just too unnerving - because I already knew it was going to cost a lot - plumbing is just expensive - no matter how you look at it; I didn't want to commit to anything before I saw the bottom line.

Anyway, Patrick was in the neighborhood and was able to show up the same day. He was polite, considerate, and to the point. Gave me my options and did the work. I especially appreciate that (as he says) his company wants to help educate their clients - which benefits the client AND the relationship with CCP&D. He gave me simple suggestions for maintenance, which I really appreciate. And I will NEVER AGAIN use Drano.

Both times I have called needing assistance with plumbing they have a plumber there the next morning. Knowledgeable plumbers who tell you what needs to be done and done right. Expect to pay some money though, plumbing is not cheap!

Came on time assets the problems gave options with quote. Completed job quickly left area clean

Five star folks doing five start work!

We have no problem at all with the service given as it was done very well, a 15 minute repair that took 90 minutes.The repair man tried to sell us a new hot water heater and talked for half hour about other things. We were charged over $600 for the repair. We had already cut out the plaster board and had every thing ready for him. Maybe this is their going rate but I thought it was excessive for the work done. I questioned it but was assured it was correct.

Josh determines that the service call wasn’t necessary and provided several options for us to consider.

Drew was great! He explained everything and made it easy to repair pipes in that area again if needed. I would recommend working with Drew.

Louis is Awesome! He was prompt and very helpful!

Worked quickly, gave some good advice. I have put Cornels in my contact list.The plumber was very nice.
