Kenny was awesome! My basement flooded. Kenny came over first thing in the morning and had it fixed within hours. I usually use 3M in general and this I felt the company price was a bit high, but that wasn’t Kenny’s fault. In general, 3M is honest and reliable.

Sewer renewal is consistently quick to respond to short time frames, and does exceptional work. All around great company!

Sean and Nate arrived right on time this morning to completely replace our kitchen drain system. They wore protective masks and gloves the entire time from start to finish. Don't be afraid to call them to do work now, they will follow all the proper covid procedures. Their work looks perfect and they left the work areas very clean. I would recommend them to anyone. I requested a sewer/water line specialist through Angies List due to a water leak. Rob from PDX Sewer Solutions called withing 10 minutes after the request and even came out that late afternoon to look at the problem. There was a break in the water line that runs from the meter to the house. It was a pretty large leak. I received the estimate later that evening and I hired Rob. He gave the job priority due to the severity of the leak. Rob and his helper, Ty, were on the job two mornings later. They were on-time both days they were on the job. Rob kept me in the loop of his findings and anything else that he was concerned about. After the job, Rob and Ty put my yard back together, spread grass seed, cleaned up the dirt and sprayed the mud off the sidewalks. It looks as if nothing had happened, other than the grass less spots in my yard. I highly recommend PDX Sewer Solutions to fix your sewer/water needs. I will definitely utilize there services again. I had a break in my water main and Pipeline Plumbing was able to come out quick to assess the situation and get my water running quickly. I found the front and back office staff to be very helpful and professional.
Chris was the plumber who came out. He is a genuinely good dude and did a great job. All in all I will recommend this company to my friends and family.

Bruner did an excellent job for us, running plumbing and installing fixtures for a full ADU remodel project we did. Everything was installed precisely and professionally. All the employees who worked on the project did great and were very courteous, professional, and clean. Sewer backed up into the house. Dan, from Roto-Rooter arrived and figured out the problem quickly. He made a quick fix and offered their solution to a permanent fix. Great service, will definitely use again.

The guy was super kind over the phone. Explained my problem, and just was hoping for some pricing, and direction. He provided this after getting some understanding, advised possible trouble points, and asked if I had any other concerns. So I finally mentioned how I was going to prolly try a safe method of baking soda and vinegar for the drain, MAYBE use my own, and he even advised the proper tooling to use at home! Luckily, the ~5 dollar trick worked, and didn't need to rent anything. But this company has earned my business, and I will be utilizing their services in the future. The person over the phone was really warming to a time of stress and concern.

And FYI, plumbing isn't inherently cheap. But the prices quoted were reasonable than what I found other places consider (some refuse to even quote any price, and one wanted to charge you to just come out and look) and after the insight over the phone, I'd trust them over other businesses.

Starting this review off right! Call Pex directly for your Repipe job! Don't go through repipe specialists. They are a third party that creates the bids, then farms them out to other companies to bid on. Don't waste your time with that and go direct with Pex!

Greg, Jason, Enrique, and Garen all took care of the job. They even held off on some work until I was ready for them to come back and finish up. Their expertise showed that I could hire them direct for a drain realignment job that they did with no issues.

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.

Very poor workmanship, failed to connect drains to sewer line, failed 3 final inspections, scratched new tub, left gaps around finish piping, left foam residue on new tile floor. I would not recommend hiring this company.
