Dominque @ 3 Mountain plumbing done awesome! She replace toilet flapper and check for leaking around washer valve. There was leaking around washer valve. Had to turn off water for it leaked . Dominique use technology which enable her to see if there were leaking; she feel for water around washer valve and let water run for leaking . There was no leaking. Hot water washer Valve dryNo sign of moisture and no sign of water leaking around hot water washer valve. That's TRULY amazing! For water turned off from washer for awhile now due to leaking washer valve. Dominique stated if leak reappear and or start back call 3 Mountain Plumbing and they'd be happy to come out And she replace toilet flapper. Everyday and night toilet tank would have piss sound of water running. This was all night and day long. Dominique replace flapper with flapper as same and tested the flapper with blue due in water of tank to see if flapper sealed after flushing and yes. Another WIN WIN for me . The technician, Robert, was very proficient in correcting my problem and the price was very fair, all things considered!

The office staff fit us into their schedule efficiently when an opening came up, communicated clearly, showed up on time, did the work on the spot for a fair price. It was a good experience all around.

Had a leaking shower faucet and called 3 different plumbers. 1st one cancelled on day of appointment, the second called day of appointment and said I needed to get the parts and they would just install it. All Pro sourced the parts, showed up on time and quickly installed a new part and fixed the problem. Hopefully I wont have any more plumbing issues in the near future, but if I do I'm calling these guys again.

Absolutely the finest professionals you could ever find!!! I had two entirely separate but very serious and simultaneous plumbing leaks right before the Christmas holiday. I did not know who to call, but the companies I first tried (using alphabetical list online) told me these were serious problems and needed immediate attention, but that they simply could not see me until after the holidays. In addition, we were having very cold weather that would have made breakdown of water heater alone a miserable experience. Fortunately, these companies recommended Detemple and I am so grateful. Brian of DeTemple came out on very short notice (working overtime to help me), and basically prevented serious damage to my home and potentially miserable problems!!! He diagnosed the problems thoroughly, quickly, and perfectly. And he then did the very best repair and replacement services for me. I highly recommend this wonderful company to everyone.

I haven't call them for plumbing services. And I NEVER will. One of their drivers almost caused an accident in Oregon city this evening. Probably shouldn't have tried to switch lanes at the last second. And if you are going to drive like a crazy person, DON'T DO IT IN YOUR COMPANYS VEHICLE!!!

Tim and his staff of professionals are simply the best. I purchased a new HWH that needed to fit into a tiny space. They found the best model for that space that also took me from a 40G to a 50G. Additionally, when we found that the space needed to reach my furnace filter was a bit tight they resolved that to my complete satisfaction. They are truly PRO’s and take their customer satisfaction VERY seriously. Will use them for all plumbing issues going forward.

After my experience this morning it's no wonder this company has 1.7 stars. If I had a choice and wasn't going through a home warranty service I would've never used them. The man showed up 45 min late. Then went into the bathroom off the kitchen, was in there for 2 min to fix the toilet and said I need to use the bathroom I'm dancing around in here. Annoyed but fine if its #1. OHHH it wasn't #1, he blew it out. He worked HARD for #2 and the whole family heard it and smelled it as it was 12 feet away from my kids eating their breakfast. In about 10 hours, after it airs out, I'll go in with my hazmat suit to clean the toilet. Super unprofessional!
