Joe was helpful, professional, knowledgable, and friendly. His communication was great, and could assess my job and offer a quote quickly with a few specific pictures. I appreciated him encouraging questions, AND his prompt replies, even on weekends. His rates are very competitive, and I appreciate that since he works for himself, he isn't trying to run up the bill by selling you stuff you don't need, like technicians who work on commission for bigger companies might do.

Abe was extremely polite, professional and pleasant to talk to. He explained the issue and provided a solution and then solved the problem. Totally happy with his service.

I called up Frontier Plumbing and Drain for a straight forward alcove tub install for my bathroom renovation projects. What turned into a single day job, quickly became week long project. Not because of Frontiers work, but the shoddy job previous home owners and builders did.

Jeff was great. Was up front with the costs and extra time it would take. He did what he said he would do got under budget as well. I can't but help recommend Frontier Plumbing and Drain enough to everyone I talk with.

Great job. Came early. Kept working through on some difficult parts of very old system in a tight space.

Duane came out on a Sunday to help me with a bathroom remodel. Did a great job and was very knowledgeable.

Excellent, reliable company. Just called them yesterday for an emergency with my toilet as I have people coming over for Thanksgiving tomorrow!! Luckily, they were able to fix it quickly and Thanksgiving at my house won't be threatened :) Happy holidays

Nick and Anna are the best! We had a main water line break and they were on it for us. Had all the work done on time and within the quoted price and took the time to educate us about all the work along the way. Another great thing is they are very responsive via phone / e-mail and made coordinating this project so much easier than expected. It's refreshing to work with folks who take legitimate pride in their work. You won't go wrong using them for your plumbing needs.

Mike came to our home and replace the part in the toilet tank, along with replacing parts in the shower. He was professional on arriving, he identified myself and was appropriately dress with protective footwear. He was knowledgeable about his profession. I had, a fowl leak in my crawl space, it took a little communication, but with the help of Pauls team. The problem has been solved. A professional, and ethical company. Greenbox Mechanical has done a great job for me on four separate occasions: installing a tankless gas water heater, installing a new plumbing line, clearing a drain clog, and installing an exterior electrical outlet. They listened well and explained the options for each resolution, were courteous, conscientious, and left everything tidy afterward, worked with the City to get permits, etc. Responsive, with good customer service. I will definitely hire them again.

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
