The service was great, but way overpriced. $1100 to determine that the shower drain was leaking? I was expecting about 1/3 that.

This particular location only houses storage for plumbing materials and supplies and some off street parking. Their primary focus is on Residential and Light commercial plumbing service and repair. So at this location they have no retail.

Excellent service! We could not be more pleased. Very prompt, very professional and did an excellent job!! They gave us several repair options and obviously had our best interests at heart. We had an urgent need and the person in the front office went above and beyond to fit us into the schedule. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

They came to my house in under a half an hour and charged me less than half what I was quoted by Mr.Rooter. My plumber was very knowledgeable and an absolutely great guy.

Outstanding service, work and price!

We reached out to CCP&D for a second opinion after a different plumber came to the house to check our leaky faucet and recommended replacing it with something fancy, which would have cost $1100! Mike and his colleague from CCP&D recommended replacing part of the faucet, ran to their warehouse for the part and fixed the issue, all of which was done in less than an hour and for less than $250! Talk about no BS and reasonable all around!! We’ll gladly be calling CCP&D back for any plumbing needs. Thank you!

I would give this company 10 stars if I could. Where do I start?! A live person answers the phone! Frequently service is offered next day or within the week. From the beginning the customer‘s needs are placed first. We have had Crown help us with several projects and I will never call anyone else. Skylar replaced our kitchen faucet. He was knowledgeable, kind, and obviously cares. He was able to answer all our questions, provided great service and did his best to keep costs down for this and another upcoming project. When looking for repairs to you home honesty is the most important thing. I have done business with him three different times in less than a year. He has always taken time for me and delivered on what he said he would do.

A couple nights ago, my bathroom sink started flooding and I had to called Best Portland Plumbers. They were at my house in surprisingly short order & effectively fixed the flood. Will use again as needed in the future!

Very upfront about possible costs depending on what he might find and even gave me pointers to see if I could fix it on my own first to save me money before coming out. Great communication. Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
