Esli did an outstanding job unclogging a drain. The obstruction was very deep and another private plumber was not able to do the job. Esli is friendly, professional and an excellent plumber. I was very pleased with his work and he thoroughly cleaned the work area after the job was completed. Thank you!

David and his crew installed about 100ft of new sewer line for us using bursting technique to replace badly deteriorated orangeburg pipe.

We got a response to our bid request within a day. The bid was the lowest we received.

David consistently picked up by the third ring or answered my texts within a few minutes every time throughout the process. Everything was done on the promised dates or earlier. My personal online calendar was updated with start times and who on his crew would be responsible for the various aspects of the job. Really efficient.

He shifted his schedule to fit us in to meet our real estate closing date, even to the extent of showing up on Sunday afternoon to get a head start. In spite of a couple of challenges they were all done and cleaned up the next day. By end of day I had a confirmation sewer scope video, was billed and paid the balance of the bill online.

And he has a competent, friendly crew - just nice guys that got the job done. They tolerated my curiosity well.

A quick update: The city inspected the sewer this morning (day after work completion). I was watching the inspector walking away after the inspection when David's email with the inspection sign-off report landed in my inbox, An inspection report within 5 minutes of sign-off! This guy is organized!

Starting work at 5:30 AM is against city noise ordanince. Reported to the Portland noise officer.

Rob and his son were extremely professional and responsive. We had a challenging (in my opinion) problem where we were losing water somewhere between the house and water meter. Rob came out immediately and started work shortly after that and was there for 3 days until it was done. Even after some unexpected things happened, he came up with solutions and left everything looking better than it did before. Rob is a cool dude and a good human. There is no question that this is the guy you go with.

Pipeline Plumbing came out to do a job at our recently purchased 1937 home. We had discovered that some of the original pipe under the house needed replacement, needed some complex (and originally poorly done by the previous owner) plumbing capped off where a washing machine used to be, our shower water pressure was poor, and we needed help with a 50-60 year old faucet in the kitchen. Chris was able to do all of that in one visit. He was very professional, on time, and took the time to explain things without trying to up sell or talk down to me. I really appreciated his approach. Their service price was very reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done. I had ever confidence that the job was done right. When we do some renovation in the bathroom, we will definitely call them again.

We originally got Pipeline's name from our real estate agent, and I'm so glad we did!

Really like Vitaliy - he's highly competent, professional, a nice guy, and did a great job both of the times that we used him. I just called him again this morning because our water heater wasn't getting hot enough. Turns out one of our two pilot lights was off and we'd neglected to check; Vitaliy absolutely refused to charge us even though we pulled him out of bed early on a Saturday and made him drive out here and mask up --- says his policy isn't to charge for a 5 minute fix. Respect!

I cannot speak more highly of Burfitt Plumbing! We have worked with Alan and William at two of our homes on various projects. They have quick response time and great communication. They are very knowledgeable and fairly priced, so we recommend them to all of our friends.

Happy’s Plumbing did over $6,000 of work at our home on two separate projects. We currently do not have a labor warranty on their work and reached out to them after 18 months to take a look at an issue with the first project where a 12’ steel vent pipe they cut was not secured properly and the ABS pipe below it was bearing the brunt of its weight, contorting the plumbing lines beneath it. See attached pictures. They told us they will not come out because they make no money fixing things for us. This is a critical issue that needs attention, and they will not take responsibility. Don’t hire them unless you want to work with a company that doesn’t believe in fixing its mistakes and blames the customer for being difficult.

They have had to return to our home before to fix a leaking main shut off valve and to correct their poorly installed water heater connection after a $4,000+ project to replace all our steel water supply lines with PEX. Even then, their ownership had issues fixing their mistakes while the work was still under warranty.

I want to warn future customers against working with Happy’s Plumbing. They are not customer friendly and have an aversion to detail and fixing issues they caused.
