Over all experience was fantastic!

Had a great experience with them. They did a cure in place pipe treatment on our house we just purchased. The service techs Taylor (props to him for having been a fellow ubc 1503 member) and William did a great job and were done quickly and Joe came the next day to work with the city inspector. Everyone was very friendly and informative. They were comparable in price to other companies that only do invasive pipe replacement. Their warranty was exponentially better than all the other companies.
I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Portland Star Plumbing was easy to work with, prompt, and very professional. They fixed a long-standing problem (incorrectly plumbed utility sink). Both service technicians observed COVID guidelines and cleaned up after themselves. We we’re very pleased, and will be hiring them to do a big job—all the plumbing for a new, above-garage apartment—this spring!

We had 2 unrelated plumbing issues this last month and Sean with Sutherland Plumbing came to fix them! First of all, during this time of Covid-19, we was super impressed with the measures he was taking (mask, gloves, foot coverings, and giving lots of social distance when updating us). It put me at ease when I was nervous to have someone come to the house! The work he did was top notch, very professional, very thorough, and cleaned up after the job really well. Jon is great, very responsive and professional. Proline plumbing has been a great company to work with. I had an emergency water loss and they got Jon out right away. I called proline again and Jon installed my kitchen sink and garbage disposal. Very happy with their service.

Had the sewer pump go out at my house after hours on a Tuesday. Diligent Plumbing was the only one to call me back!! Came out the next day! Found the pump was plugged and got it working again without buying a new pump.

I had a pipe break and called them at 7:30 in the morning. They responded within minutes and came to my house that same day. Diagnosed the problem quickly (broken pipe under a concrete slab) and quickly capped the old pipe and created a new line. Solved my headache in a few hours and they were affordable and professional.

George Curtis from Mr Rooter Plumbing worked to unclog my laundry and kitchen sink drain today. He was on time, and patient in explaining the job to be done. He used Hydroscrub along with a cable camera so I can see what's in drain pipe. George did a great job in cleaning our badly clogged drain pipe and cleaned up all working area before leave. Scheduled for Friday. Got a voicemail saying they couldn’t come Friday but wanted to come this afternoon. Work issues so couldn’t do that. So no solution to plumbing problem. What bs!
