Proline is great! Tyrone was exceptional—super awesome human. He was super experienced and skillful and I totally trusted him. Was able to fix my toilet and put in a new faucet in under 90 minutes! Will request Tyrone going forward.

Although I live out of state, the Mr. Rooter technician who came to my Oregon home to solve an underground leak kept me informed every step of the process, gave me options on how best and most economically to deal with it, and was a pleasure to communicate with. I would view Mr. Rooter Plumping of Portland as a trustworthy and extremely competent choice to handle a home's plumping needs and problems and will certainly call them again in the future if anything arises. Gave me an estimate that was three times higher than others. Overcharging a non-profit over $2700!

The plumber, Delton, gave me a 30 minute warning when he was going to arrive, which I appreciated. He fixed two sinks, a toilet, and installed a garbage disposal all in about 15 minutes. He did a good job of explaining what the problems were and how I could prevent or fix them myself in the future. In my opinion the bill was very reasonable. Plus my cat really liked him, so that was cool.

Duane was very polite and friendly. He was always communicating with me what he was doing, where and what needs to be done. I’d definitely call him again for any future plumbing services .

We had a toilet completely clog late on a weekend. We called and had someone at our house within a couple of hours. They were able to resolve the issue quickly. They were very courteous and respectful.

Erin identified the source of a horrendous noise our pipes were making when the sprinklers came on. I've had 2 other plumbers look over our pipes and they could not figure out the cause or source. I am very pleased with Meticulous Plumbing.

Super fast arrival on short notice, professional

These guys are amazing! I have a 110 year old house and about once every 3 years, need their assistance. They always are able to come on time or earlier, so sweet and understandable, quick and tidy, and really reasonably priced! Plus, got to love that name! Thanks guys!

I have water leaking in from the outside (through my siding), and these folks were recommended to me. They came and were unable to find the leak. I was unhappy and they contacted me after and wanted to make it right. They offered either a refund or other eyes on the problem. I chose the refund, but the point is that they were solidly customer oriented and willing to work with me honestly. This is all I can ask from a company/service. Maybe wouldn't recommend for locating siding leaks, but I would absolutely call them again should any other leak occur.

Wow! I rarely have the opportunity to give a business 5 stars, but this service deserves the highest possible rating!! The technician, Dan, was friendly, fantastic, and amazingly efficient! I was blown away by his kind care of my 89-yr-old father's drain problem!! BRAVO!
