The entire team from 3 Mountains plumbing were fantastic to deal with, including scheduling my appointment, getting an estimate from Tyler, 2 toilets installed and a hose bib replaced by John and Sean, scoping the sewer line by Jeff, sewer drain line clearing by Everett, and excavation and replacement of sewer pipe by Nik. The collaborative teamwork was impressive, and things went very smoothly since they have all the expertise in house. Everyone very clearly and courteously communicated what they would be doing and why, and their dedication to customer satisfaction and quality work was above and beyond what I’ve experienced with other contractors in the past.

I was totally overwhelmed starting with a knock on the door from a water district employee, telling me I had a major leak in my main line. I remembered my late husband telling me if I need plumbing help to call Ty Sutherland from Sutherland Plumbing. So I did! He was out within a day, explained everything to me, gave me two options, took the time to explain it again to my son. They had to put a new line in and they had it finished within 4 hours! Two weeks later, I had another major water issue at a home out of town and I called Ty once again. He came all the way out to look at the problem and gave me a recommendation on how to go about fixing the issue. In this day and age, it’s hard to find someone goes out of their way to help, is straight up, honest, kind and very reasonable repair costs. I will never use anyone else for any plumbing issue.

Phenomenal customer service. I called them today because of a leak I had on the water valve for the entire house. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name that answered but I wish I had. He got the standard info, year of the house, location of valve, etc. He gave me the best case and worst case scenarios. He proceeded to talk me through a few steps to see if we could get it to stop leaking, as it was very tiny and not just spewing out of the valve. Sure enough I followed the steps he talked me through and got it to stop leaking. I will only call Diligent if I need future plumbing work.

Pex plumbing is a great company. The crew greg, Jeff, Jason, Enrique, graven are professional and quick. My repipe done right the first time. Highly recommend pex plumbing.

The installers arrived as scheduled and immediately went at the project. Michael to disconnect the outside unit and Evan on the indoor air exchanger unit. They ran into many unforeseen obstacles during the install, but all were overcome expeditiously and professionally. When they were done, I couldn't even tell they were there, except for that fine looking unit in my side yard.Thank you for a Job well done.

Customer for life. Best customer service I’ve had. Very upfront about possible costs depending on what he might find and even gave me pointers to see if I could fix it on my own first to save me money before coming out. Great communication. If you value honesty and want to know upfront you can trust what you’re told Pacific Crest Plumbing is the only way to go.

I just had a very poor interaction with the owner, not the crew of this company. My entire house is being remodeled after buying it and finding out that the flip company did poor work and therefore all the plumbing and a large majority of the house needs to be replaced or fixed. Very upsetting ordeal. I currently only have a bathroom sink and toilets working. A crew came out and quoted us and the employee that came out was greatly t! Very knowledgeable and understanding to our situation. Their quote came back the highest out of four we got in the area. But, we still decided to call them back and see when they could start the job given his employees knowledge and character. The owner told me the majority of his crew was sick and they could not start the job for 2 weeks, but would call me back if he thought his crew could start sooner so we could finalize things. After calling several other companies to see when they could start, one company (Beaverton Plumbing) could start the soonest and was the most inexpensive and their staff scheduling us were very nice and accommodating. Paul called me back today 6 days later, and asked when I could sign his proposal. I simply told him since all our plumbing has been out for some time we had to hire a company that could start sooner. This instantly enraged him and he began to berate me about how much I had inconvenienced him and including telling me off about not hiring them. I was shocked and apologized and told him the situation to which he interrupted me and implied me my apology was useless.
Right now I am glad I did not choose this company just because the owners attitude and I am glad they never started work. Being a small business owner myself I would never talk to a customer that way and I too have to make lots of estimates and often I invest more work then I would like just to get turned down or have a customer choose someone else over me, but I would never yell or demean a customer for doing this and vent my frustrations on them. This is apart of the business and given that I did not hear back for over 5 days, have an immense amount of stress and work on my house, and the owner could not start sooner so I can eat, shower, and live in my new house, I cannot wrap my head around his behavior and will not be recommending this company given the fact that if he had not acted this way I would have used them in the future and happily recommended his employees. Owner seems to have some anger issues that should not be passed on to people looking to hire him and with the ability to review him.

Outstanding would be another word! We chose them because their reviews were so good and now we know why. It was a relatively simple job with a very fair quote. The work date was very soon after their free home estimate. He was very thorough in his explanation, very skilled at fixing the problem and above all, METICULOUS! Absolutely we will use them next time we have a plumbing issue.

Kent arrived on time to assess a bathroom pipe that may need fixing per my flooring contractor. Kent did a great job! Would recommend!

We had an emergency plumbing issue and had to shut our water off at the main source. These guys were able to squeeze us in in a reasonable amount of time. I was emailed a name and picture of the plumber who would be showing up (LOVE THIS). He called when he was on his way and arrived on on time. He looked at the job, told us what needed to be done, we approved the work and he got started. He was great at explaining everything to us. He was quick and did a great job. I will be using and referring Einstein Plumbing & Heating again.

Call Beaverton Plumbing, we had clogged pipes in our new home, They came right
out fixed the problem and yahoo we can shower again. Very nice plumber and did not
cost us nearly what we thought.

A big shout-out to these folks. They were helpful, prompt, efficient, considerate, and took time to answer all of my questions. I was told my official report would be ready on a Monday and it was delivered early the Friday before - a classic example of under-promise and over-deliver! Highly recommend.

I called the day before to request a service for a business that had issue with a leak in a public restroom toilet . I first spoke with Kim who was very helpful. I told them we did not want to pay for after hour calls but would need someone out asap in am. Needless to say if you don't answer the call then they skip you and move on to the next. I called to from home the morning of to inform them that I would not be able to answer the call and that I need to have them call my cell number instead. Not a good way to do business. This needs to be addressed by your management you will end up losing customers if you treat calls in this fashion. Doubt I will ever call this company again. Just because I was not able to confirm a call at 7:30 am then you lose your turn , that would have been helpful information the day prior when I first attempted to schedule repairs, since the toilet did not magical fix itself overnight . If a customer calls for asap then you need to schedule the service next business day and train your staff to not hang up on customer then not even call them back. Customer service is a dying art and more companies need to focus training staff how treat your perspective customer and insure they will be return customers.

I called John at 9:30 on a Monday and he was here at 10:30, and replaced my broken valve in less than 15 minutes. Knowledgeable, personable, fast and professional. Five stars.
