Best Leaking Toilet in Portland OR

When our water heater started leaking, I called Sutherland plumbing as they had done excellent work for us in the past. They responded right away and we had a new water heater within two days. The work was excellent and we received a returning customer discount. I highly recommend them.

They listened to my needs and provided efficient services. Some areas in my crawl space were hard to access, but they managed to finish the job. The quality of work was great.

Jack came out to unclog one of our outside drains. He explained exactly what he was going to do to get our drain working properly and how much the job would cost. After unclogging our drain, Jack gave several helpful tips on how to prevent future clogs. Not only was Jack professional, he was also personable. He was friendly and kind. We had a plumbing pipe break on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately, the water wrecked a ceiling on the 1st floor, which we had to do some sheetrock repairs too. We called Best Portland Plumbers and they came right out and fixed the plumbing issue. Their prices were fair, and the plumber got the work done very quickly. Hopefully I do not have to use them again, or it is under better circumstances. Broken pipes are no fun.

He arrived at 6pm on a Saturday, which in and of itself felt like going above and beyond. Julio and the rest of the JAM team were very responsive over the July 4th holiday weekend and came and replaced a section of pipe within a day of us contacting them. We will definitely call them for future plumbing issues.

We wanted a tankless water heater and called several plumbers. Cornel’s was the only company that responded promptly and gave us a heads-up that we would also need to replace our gas line. We’re so glad we went with them because our inspector definitely would not have approved the installation otherwise! They showed up on time, removed the old water tank AND the massive supporting concrete block, which we were not expecting but so happy to see gone, and installed the gas line and tank in just a few days. The town inspector was nearly giddy with the size of our gas pipe and was impressed with the work. Everything works great and we’re happy.

This company came out to do work on a unit in an apartment and turned the water off in a 4 unit building without notifying residents! And when speaking with the talking head on the other end of the receiver to complain it had no concern or regard!
