Best Leaking Toilet in Portland OR

Can't recommend them highly enough. We've been using Sutherland for years. They've done everything for us from fix a leaking graywater pipe in the crawlspace, to install a new toilet and sink, to replace a leaking hose bib, to upgrade all of the turnoff valves on the sinks so we'd actually be able to use them in case of emergency. We call them every single time because they are courteous, knowledgeable, and fair with their pricing while also making sure you get the highest quality materials that won't break again in the future. I like how you can communicate with them via text before your scheduled time because they work hard to collect any necessary information IN ADVANCE of the visit, so they don't show up without the parts they need. The service from Bruner was great. Not only did they return my call in the same day, they were able to schedule someone to be onsite quite quickly. Justin was efficient & thorough. While I hope I won't need to, Bruner Plumbing will be my first call should I need plumbing services again.

Jeff and Corey from Roto Rotor inPortland OR were the best. Very knowledgeable and friendly.They replaced the hot water filters in both my kitchen and bathroom faucets. They both work great now.Highly recommend Jeff and Corey.This was on Friday July 28.

I had a pipe break and called them at 7:30 in the morning. They responded within minutes and came to my house that same day. Diagnosed the problem quickly (broken pipe under a concrete slab) and quickly capped the old pipe and created a new line. Solved my headache in a few hours and they were affordable and professional.

Scottie Parks in the beaverton area took care of everything and was super informative and an all around pleasure to have in our home. Will definitely be asking for him next time we have a plumbing issue.

Our old heat pump went out and because both the heat pump and furnace were very old we replaced both and had our electric panel updated since we had a pushmatic.All of the employees were very professional and responsive. The install crew arrived on time and were respectful and answered any questions we had along the way. The new system is running great and we are very happy with the end results.

Excellent plumber, very professional!

I had an estimate to replace my water heater about a year and a half ago. It was for $2K. The water heater ended up being ok so I didn't replace it then. Now it has failed, so I called Sarkinen. The lowest estimate Sarkinen had was for $4K going up to $6K. For a base level water heater!!

Rescue router was excellent. They showed up to help me when I really needed them. Chris was wonderful. He did a excellent job repairing my leaks and was very professional. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough nice things about Mike. He was right on time and took the time to help us get acquainted with our new house and its plumbing. We asked him a myriad of questions and, while he could have told us he needed to fix all of our issues, he instead gave us great advice as to what we could do ourselves, what could wait, and what other options we had. Mike is now the first and only plumber I will call.

So, last week, the water pressure on the house is suddenly too low to use, and determined that the main water line to the house had finally croaked after 80± years. Panicking, I called 3 Mountains for a bid. They showed up and quoted me more than 8k!!... So I got 3 more bids... 4k, 4.5k, 6k...

Then, on a whim, I called Simpson, and thank goodness I did. They showed up the next day to bid the work, and it was less than 3k!! They had everything drilled and repiped the next day. They were fast, no-nonsense, and have great financing. The guys laid down drop cloths to not make a mess and were super friendly. The work was done in less than 4 hours. Amazing.

Ours is a 100 year old house with many challenges. Julio and his multi-talented crew repiped our home, meeting the challenges with creative effectiveness.

Needed a second opinion on a sewer scope that was done on a home inspection.
On time (early actually). He was prepared with City records and was very detailed ( and patient) describing what needed to be done, what the ramifications might/might not be and the price. When he was finished he showed me the results and how to access and forward them online. I was lucky that I don't need further work but if I did I would have them do it based on the tech's (wish I could remember his name) presentation, ease in scheduling and overall professionalism and knowledge. Tech wore booties indoors which shows respect for my property.
