Once I made a selection, he was out the same day. It's rare you can find someone to communicate through every step in the process and be so quick to response and resolve the issue.

Evan was professional, efficient and personable! He was quite fast at unclogging the shower drain and he cleaned up the area afterwards. Evan clearly explained my options for the service and what each would cost. I highly recommend him.

Our water heater tank reached its end of life very dramatically in April of ’23. Needing to replace it ASAP, we called a few plumbers and after sending a quick text with pictures of our situation to Courtney at Sutherland, we were on a call with Ti. Ti took the time to explain the pros and cons of multiple water heater systems, leading us to land on two viable options followed by prompt quotes in our inbox.

Because we switched from a natural gas tank to an electric tank, Sutherland handled scheduling an electrician as well as the tank removal/install. Both appointments went smoothly, and Cameron and Jack who came to install the tank were so professional, kind and efficient. It was very clear from all of our interactions with the Sutherland team that they are true to their word, highly skilled, and live up to their motto of providing best practice over simply going for the minimum standard.

Sutherland will be our first call for all future plumbing needs.

I would highly recommend these guys for dropbox service, particularly if you're on a difficult-to-navigate worksite. We live on a wicked driveway that many large vehicles have found treacherous, and have gotten stuck on, but Gary made it up and out with grace and ease. Well done!

Terry Massey installed an extensive array of plumbing in our new church building a few years ago. The building is large with multiple bathrooms, kitchen and nursery facilities for young children. Additionally, we did a major redo of many of the water supplies and waste drainage throughout our several acre property, some of which were quite complicated. They were the first to call about our need for service. They were professional courteous covid concerned. They were the most reasonable quote allowing for senior discount and cash discount. Saved us almost 300$ from the next service estimate. Installed a gas hot water heater. Then cleaned up the area and answered many question. Would certainly use them for any new problem. Excellent.

We love working with the folks at Bruner and have done so for many years (exclusively). This is a top notch company with top notch people who do top notch work. They are just a bunch of really good, hardworking people who are down to earth, honest and reliable. It is easy to see why they stay so busy (be patient if you have to wait a bit, it is well worth it)!

Tech was very fast and very respectful! This would be a 5 star review, but my service was scheduled for 12pm-4pm and dispatch sent the tech out at 9am. Luckily someone was home to let him in and pay.

So thankful for Mr. Rooter! We had a pipe break on Friday night, along with everyone else in the city! Called dozens of plumbers who were booked solid. Mr. Rooter took my info and told me they would get back to me the next day once they knew what they could offer in terms of an appointment. Heard from them the following day and they were able to send someone out within the hour. The plumber was great and it seems to be a job well done! Everyone we talked to along the process was very helpful and kind. Just what we needed in that situation!
