Salvador and Alex were organized and excavated the sewer pipe quickly. Sal showed me a previous repair that was the source of the problem. They did a great job!

Awesome company! We had a very difficult sewer pipe repair project and David responded quickly and gave us a very fair estimate to complete based on drawings from public works. He was able to start within a week. During the project we found the city drawings were not accurate and our pipe was almost twice as long as expected. He went the extra mile to get it done on schedule and gave us a very good price for the extra 100 feet of pipe! Special thanks to David and his fine crew!

When we moved into our new house, there was a lot of work to be done that we could tackle ourselves just fine. When it came down to the electrical bits, however, we knew to get the professionals.

We had a variety of things that needed fixing, upgrading, or installing, and several that were optional. Green Box Mechanical was super quick on not only responding to our inquiries, but also getting someone out to give an in-person estimate. Professional and well within reasonable costs, they scheduled the work for soon after, had it done, and now we couldn’t be happier with the result.

We left some of the optional pieces out during this upgrade, but we definitely know who we’ll be calling when we need another electrical job taken care of.

Our technician Steve J. Did a swift and thorough job repairing the kitchen faucet. He took his time answering any questions we had and provided full detail what he did for future issues.

I had to have my entire sewer line replaced under the house, and outside to connect to the main line. Additionally, I had my water line completed at the same time. I cannot say enough about how happy I was with Cornel's. The folks doing the work took their time to do a great job, and communicate everything with me very thoroughly. They were incredibly professional and I felt so good about the quality of work they they did! It was a big project for a small residential home that required a lot of digging under the house. The whole project timeline for both water and sewer was about 2 weeks and I was happy to have been able to work with them over that time. There were many folks doing great work - Juan, Mike, Frankie, Freddy, and Landon were all excellent! I know there were others, please know that I appreciated your work as well and just don't remember everyones names. Additionally, they worked with me to make it more affordable. Grumpy is a misnomer! They were anything but grumpy. Very personable and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Travis gave me a fair bid in advance for removing my old leaking garbage disposal. I've never been able to find a plumber in Portland who will do that until I found Executive Drains. Did the work quickly and efficiently as well. Highly recommend them!

The customer service and work was excellent. The tech arrived on time, was very nice, and worked quickly. He cleared the roots out of my sewer line, and cleared the kitchen drain line.

The business & service person (Aleks) communicated clearly and answered any questions I had. Aleks was professional did a great job detains what the repair was going to involve and gave an estimate before starting the job. The final cost matched the estimate. I will definitely use this company again if another issue arises.

What a loser I just called for a estimate and all can say its by the hour time starts as soon as he walks through the door and that's it I said that was fine but I'd like a ballpark price and he hung up on me and had attitude the entire conversation how is this idiot in business!
