Yeah, definitely not set up for new customers or something. We had a slow leak in a pipe in our basement bathroom that was affecting the drywall ceiling and the date was almost 3 weeks out. After waiting all day to hear back from the dispatcher and I had to call back in when they didn't call back. Can we talk it through? Have someone pop in and put eyes on it? Yes, I'll put in that request. Nothing. A week-ish later, it started being a faster leak and I called on Friday March 25th and the guy said he would have the dispatcher Nicole call me back. It's Wednesday March 29th and no word.Meanwhile my wife got back into town and saw it and found someone on Angie's List right away. Guess what? They called back right away, scheduled within 24 hours, chatted with her. They actually walked her through cutting open a section in the ceiling with our utility knife to see where the leak was and alleviate the all-over nature of it. Something 3 Mountains could've done. This other company has now been out and fixed it, and I called 3 Mountains & said I don't need next week's meeting anymore.You know, I totally get that times are hard and expertise is at a premium so it's hard to get someone out, but to not even return calls multiple times, and to have it turn out to be a simple fix. What a bummer. Definitely keep this in mind if you have plumbing challenges. I'm seeing a few reviews about inflated prices and things, and I almost feel like even though it was frustrating waiting for that call back, at least we got it done and maybe dodged a bullet.

There were several curveball related to our job, which resulted in the project costing more and requiring a larger work force. Even with that occurring early on, David and his team honored the original quote and were very professional throughout the job. Caesar and his entire team worked long hours and stayed until the job was done right. During a time when many companies don't go the extra mile to provide good costumer service, Sewer Renewal Specialists worked hard to do exactly that.

This company is fantastic; exactly what you hope for when you have any work done on your house. They installed a new water main for me in a tricky situation with many variables. They were professional, timely, communicative, responsive, and did superlative work at a fair price. Ten stars!

Second time I've had Terry out to do work. First was to replace the drain under a sink and the second was to replace a broken water main. Both times I've been very satisfied with the work as well as the price. I highly recommend TMP!

I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with the service from Justin at Bruner Plumbing. I've had a shower valve that has had very low flow for months and tried everything I knew to remedy the situation, finally throwing in the towel and calling Bruner. Justin came on a service call and took the perfect methodical approach to solving the problem. Worst case scenario would have been cutting into the wall & drywall to replace the shower valve. Justin worked step by step backwashing and purging hot and cold supply lines and the valve and solved the problem. Bruner is my go to plumbing contractor and that's a comfort for me to have a solid, qualified & professional plumbing contractor in my arsenal for any problems that may come up down the road. I recommend them without reservation for your plumbing needs.

Really like Vitaliy - he's highly competent, professional, a nice guy, and did a great job both of the times that we used him. I just called him again this morning because our water heater wasn't getting hot enough. Turns out one of our two pilot lights was off and we'd neglected to check; Vitaliy absolutely refused to charge us even though we pulled him out of bed early on a Saturday and made him drive out here and mask up --- says his policy isn't to charge for a 5 minute fix. Respect!

Alan is a Portland treasure. Twice he’s come out on short notice when no one else could. Such a humble, unassuming person who knows his craft and takes pride in the work. Reasonable and fair pricing. I had Steve take a look at the gutter drains on my house that back up during heavy rain. With a couple of his many tools and gadgets, he was easily able to find the problem, which turns out to be a fairly common issue in certain areas around Portland and Vancouver. He works quickly and conscientiously, is friendly and knowledgeable. If I ever need any kind of drain cleared out, located, or checked with a camera - AAA Drain Cleaning is definitely who I will call.

Technician John A worked quite efficiently. The work was done neatly. He seemed quite happy to explain what he was doing and why while I lurked and watched over his shoulder. I enjoy watching a true craftsman. When he was finished, he left everything cleaner and neater than it had been before he arrived. I will call All Pro again if and when I need additional plumbing services.

John was great! He was friendly, super knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. He did the yearly maintenance on our AC and forced air system as well asour tankless water heater. It was long over due and thankfully it all cleaned up really well. Our home is 7 years old and we will be better about giving some extra love to our systems to keep them running efficiently. The service was exceptional from the first call I made and will use them again. Highly recommend!

Entering $160 per hour is way too much.$320 to replace a shower head...

After my experience this morning it's no wonder this company has 1.7 stars. If I had a choice and wasn't going through a home warranty service I would've never used them. The man showed up 45 min late. Then went into the bathroom off the kitchen, was in there for 2 min to fix the toilet and said I need to use the bathroom I'm dancing around in here. Annoyed but fine if its #1. OHHH it wasn't #1, he blew it out. He worked HARD for #2 and the whole family heard it and smelled it as it was 12 feet away from my kids eating their breakfast. In about 10 hours, after it airs out, I'll go in with my hazmat suit to clean the toilet. Super unprofessional!
