Always coming to our rescue, they were able to see us within days (every plumber was booked solid due to so many houses with same issue) of a pipe burst that shut the water to our whole house. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I contacted them yesterday and am so grateful that I did. This company was phenomenal is diagnosing and fixing my plumbing problem which caused a flood in my basement area. As busy as plumbers traditionally are on Monday mornings, the owner of the company himself, David Hefley, after listening to the desperation in my voice mail message, came to my house and immediately began to resolve the issue. I have never seen anyone move so quickly and purposefully to find and repair the issue so that my house could once again be completely restored for use of all plumbing. David is a smart, analytical person who works at lightning speed while being able to think, converse and act effectively to get the job done. He also has a great sense of humor, something that I think is an asset for the line of work he does! I bet there will come a time that most homeowners like myself will require the help of a professional plumber to step in and get a problem fixed. You don't have to look any further and just call this company. You will be happily relieved that you did.

We had 2 unrelated plumbing issues this last month and Sean with Sutherland Plumbing came to fix them! First of all, during this time of Covid-19, we was super impressed with the measures he was taking (mask, gloves, foot coverings, and giving lots of social distance when updating us). It put me at ease when I was nervous to have someone come to the house! The work he did was top notch, very professional, very thorough, and cleaned up after the job really well. Terry Massey installed an extensive array of plumbing in our new church building a few years ago. The building is large with multiple bathrooms, kitchen and nursery facilities for young children. Additionally, we did a major redo of many of the water supplies and waste drainage throughout our several acre property, some of which were quite complicated. His work was on time, excellent and has served us well. His demeanor, congeniality and positive attitude made it a pleasure to work with him. I highly recommend his plumbing company for your needs.

Easy to set up appointment. Texted when they said they would. On time. Professional installation and repairs and used top grade parts. Left the work area clean.

Horrible, over-priced, extremely rude customer service!
I hired a plumber to re-connect all our under sink pipes, after we removed the sink to re-do our counters. The technician (William) was extremely rude the entire time he was in my home. When I noticed the water to the dishwasher and the water filter wasn't working, he told me he had connected the pipes he was supposed to and that turning on the water wasn't part of his job. After he connected everything, one of the pipes was leaking (which I don't believe it was previously) instead of admitting error in the reconnection process, he decided I needed a new pipe, which he promptly charged me an additional $99 for (it took him 5 minutes max to install) The price turned out to be by the job, rather than the hour (like all the other plumbers I called) Where most plumbers were $85/hr and the job took 1.5hrs, I paid $337 total (the equivalent of nearly 4 hours! It would have been one thing to be overcharged, but to be treated so rudely in my own home was totally unprofessional and unnecessary!

Called them in the morning arrived right away. Everything was fixed right away and service was explained in detail. We are a day center for special needs and we were opened so it was nice of Cody to clean up everything after the fixing. It was very appreciated.

Steve is top notch. Responsive, efficient, great at his trade and very fair. Cleaned out our rain drain and had rain water flowing to the curb in less than an hour.

Andrew was my plumber. He treated me right ....... an honest guy. I thought that I needed to replace my garbage disposal. Andrew looked it over .............. tightened some fittings and tested it out. Total fix and at a fare price.

I like honesty. Ask for Andrew.

My water heater died and needed a new one ASAP. Looked at the big box stores and some other well known water heater joints and they were mostly out 2 weeks or more before I could be a real human and take a proper shower instead of heating buckets on the stove like I am a cave man. Well spoke to Whitney I believe and she gave me my options I wanted the water heater with the 12 year warranty and asked when I can have it installed if I did the deal and she said tomorrow! SOLD. Gave credit card over the phone next day had Jimmy come and install my new water heater and he did a great job and was very good and able to trouble shoot on the spot to make the unit fit got the 50lb water heater from Reliance and the water is HOT HOT HOT. Next time I need a plumber I will be going with All Pro. Give them a call they are the new water heater kings in my book.

Brandon Mitchell showed up in the morning after a courtesy call in the time frame that he stated. He stayed on task and finished the scheduled maintenance in a timely manner. I'm happy 😊

Crown fixed a leak from the 2nd floor bath toilet drain to the 1st floor. The crew was precise and efficient and extremely helpful. If I have more plumbing needs I will certainly call them first.

Unprofessional to the extreme.

I had them come out to look at a shower valve at a rental property. The first attempt, they no-showed the appointment.

After rescheduling and getting a quote, I decided to move forward with the work. The day before that appointment they called to confirm details, but had no idea what I wanted done. They thought they were replacing my external shower unit with a standard valve, which is not what I had asked them to quote for.

We agreed they would keep the next day appointment and give me a new quote for replacing with a new external shower mount.

Upon arriving for the next appointment, the tenants politely asked them to wear masks as they have young children at home. The plumbers said they would go to their van to get some... and then just never returned.

I called to sort this out and was told Our company is done with wearing masks. I won't wear one. At this point it would be better if you found someone else.
